Købte et produkt og fandt hurtigt ud af, at alle produkter sendes fra Hong Kong, hvilket betyder, at jeg bliver nødt til at betale skat, moms og importafgift.

Inden for 45 minutter havde jeg kontaktet deres kundeservice for at annullere ordren. Fik en besked om, at ordren var behandlet, og at en refusion ikke længere var en mulighed.

Bare endnu et kinesisk firma, der er klar til at stjæle dine penge.

Opdatering: Modtaget min ordre, heldigvis kom det igennem tolden, Produkt er naturligvis en falsk kopi, hvad en overraskelse.

Sendte en e-mail og fik dem til at tilbagebetale mine penge uden at returnere varen, selvfølgelig vil jeg aldrig modtage pengene. Og hvis jeg gør det, vil det være en stor overraskelse.

Crooks. Don't bother. I ordered an item and eventually received a dirt cheap, worthless alternative. Usual nonsense where you have to return the item to get a refund but they are in Hong Kong so it isn't worth it. Total scam.

Brilliant shop, always buy my kids costumes from here. Very helpful and fantastic array of every possible costume that you could possibly want. 10/10

A bunch of hustlers.
Their toys are overprized when really, they’re just knock offs from china. Once you email them, they play around the issue rather than giving you what you wish for.

I was a bit worried about the quality because of the price but dress is just beautiful. Lots of layers and perfect for any child that likes to feel like a princess

This is a very dodgy company. I purchased a toy from here for over $50 and it was a $2 knock off. They are quick to reply to your email and promise a refund but never send. Be careful do not purchase from this business!!

I bought two actionfigures for my son. They looked good on the website and I paid app. 70$ in total for both. They both turned out to be superpoor quality from China. We couldn't mount the head at one of the figures.

I wrote costumer service, applying for a refund after returning the items. They rejected, since the packaging was broken. How should I judge the quality of the product without even opening the package.

So here I'm stuck with two hard-plastic figures worth maximum 5$ each, and a dissapointes 9 year-old.

The simplicity of everything is great and very happy with the quality of everything. Washes well look great and the kids find it all v comfy.

This store does absolutely a 5 star excellence with experience of a “job” for children, for babies. ONCE YOUR BABIES CLOTHES ARE MAKING THEM LOOK LIKE THEY GOT BUBBLES FOR BODY PARTS YOU CAN ORDER ONLINE OR GO IN AND the thorn your worried about won’t turn out like you thought. Your babies clothes that might be a little too small for your chittlen. Trade it in, for a considerate amount of money you can afford anything. So recognize a size that’ll feel good, something that fits. One of my favorite stores Princessdressworld.

I order from this shop every year for Halloween and the delivery is extremely fast, if I had an issue with my order or return staff were always very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

BE AWARE! This company sells fake products from China. I recently bought octonaughts toys for my son think they were legit. Spent £37 on cheap knock off rubbish. Do not buy from them!

Bought a game from toygameshop.com, the paypal payment went through princessdressworld.com. So I guess these are the same company.
Had an awful experience. Paid £16 for 2 day delivery, needed for a birthday. After 3 days started trying to get my money back. After 2 weeks PayPal refunded my money, after a series of stalling emails from toygameshop.

Bought a Disney Pocahontas doll - it is a clear fake, very poorly made, in trash packaging. The sender on the postal package was some office in Botany, NSW - no trace back to the seller or the manufacturer.

Just stay away from them.

I bought this for my 3 year old niece. She loved it immediately. I bought the size her mum requested and it fit perfectly. The dress is beautifully made and looks very pretty. I am extremely happy with this purchase. 10 out of 10.

Be aware of Funko Pop figures, I received mine after a long time waiting and it is a clear falsification :-(

Lagde ordren den 18 Oktober, der stod at det ville tage 5-14 dage for pakken at komme frem, skylle bruge den som gave, pakken er stadig ikke kommet 22 dage efter, pengene blev dog trukket med det samme. Når jeg sporer pakken står den stadig til at være i Hong Kong 🤬🤬🤬

I hear from her mother that the quality is great and she would recommend this to anyone mothers with young girls.
