fake items. no refund

I ordered a jellycat watermelon bag and received a trash which is different from what was shown in the website. The customer service kept saying they will send me a new one but till now I haven't received anything. Totally waste of time and money!

I purchased a toy from this website last fall, in september. A drogon toy dragon from Game of Thrones- I paid $50 plus shipping. It arrived in a crushed box, and the toy was broken. I They asked me for photos, so i sent them, they replied saying they are sorry and will send me a replacement. Months of communication and they are now ignoring me. Do not buy from this website. I still hope they will fix this issue, or give me a refund. oder number #13355002596

A bunch of crooks, selling fake goods and claiming to be the real thing. Wasn't any cheaper than the real item either. Messaged and like others on here, they just tell me a replacement is on the way. I know it isn't because they have no access to getting genuine items, just fakes. Asked for a refund too, but I know I won't get one. Don't waste your money, look elsewhere

Son unos estafadores , ni se os ocurra comprar aquí. Pedí un funko "supuestamente original" ( pago como uno original) y me vino una imitación barata y faltaban piezas. Me puse en contacto con ellos para que me dieran alguna solucion y siempre me contesta que no hay existencias(cosa que es me tira)y de esto hace ya más de 2 meses

No stars. Ordered on 24th August, wrong goods, wrong colour received. Have asked for a refund of my £23.99 but keep being fobbed off. Why can’t these crooks be stopped?

I have ordered scruff-a-love.
Should be a suprise fur ball who you should bath and than you will be suprised what kind of animal will be revealed. Also there should be all kind of accessoires included. I ordered 2. 1 pink. 1 purple. I paid eur 60,- so no cheap price also. I received 2 purple ugly stuffed animals who did not even look like the order at all. No reveal fur ball, no promised accessories.
I feel scammed with this fake delivery.
I asked my money back but they do not pay back. They will send the correct products. They say that for 2 months now. Still waiting for details on the new delivery.
The order was for my daughters birthday in august 2022.
Do not order at this company.
They send fake products which do not look like the pictures on their website at all. And you can say goodbye to your money.

I received a counterfeit so obvious that even the aftersale recognize it.
I asked to refund the product and was willing to lose some money on the way but apparently, it's not in their policy to refund. I keep asking for a refund and they keep saying that they will send the correct product even when I didn't ask for it... It's been 2 months and the only reply I have is "We are waiting for the status update on your replacement" over and over again. If they are working like that with aftersale shipping replacement, I can't imagine how it is about getting a refund. Nearly impossible I guess ? Avoid at all cost !!

nobody answers to contact form, order and payment was made on 10thsept, shipment on 13th....but although they inform about 5-12days for Spain, it is taking 22 days for the moment...no parcel in my hands...I hope almost product'll be perfect.

I ordered stitch crashes Disney. I thought I’d done well getting it for a cheap price. I waited to item to arrive and it’s cheap knock off. Admittedly it’s fair knock off as it’s missing one bit and that’s when I started looking closely I realised more bits.
I have sent a message and will email asking for money back but I’m not holding my breath out to get it after reading other reviews.

Ordered TMNT 4 pack absolutely think they are fantastic not original but still fantastic quality for the price compared to the originals they did take 26 days to arrive from overseas must admit was put off on negative reviews but definitely not in my experience with them they had replied to me when asked about order and provided tracking number great seller thank you

Wish I could leave zero stars. Ordered a beyblade for my nephew. On the website it states that it’s a real Takara Tomy beyblade but when my nephew got it, it was clearly a fake! The box had some weird name on it and to make it worse, it broke the moment he started to play with it. I contacted the seller to get a refund but for over a month now they keep replying to my emails saying the same thing, that they are unable to do anything until they hear back from the “warehouse”. I’ve asked for refunds, I’ve asked for replacements and have no resolution in over a month. Just the same emails over and over saying they can’t do anything until they hear from the “warehouse”. This website is a scam that sells fakes. They have no morals or shame! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

I ordered a plantronics bluetooth earpiece, i received a different model with no box and it looks used. Paid express dhl and arrived 3 weeks later. Quick at replying to emails but wont give me a refund or send the correct item even though they said they would. Keep fobbing me off saying got to wait for updates from the warehouse. I would avoid this company

Bought a PS4 controller last year when we were still trying to find most of anything bc of the pandemic. Well its junk. Buttons take you all over the place and nothing works properly. Only thing it has going for it is its looks. Hardware is either badly refurbished or it's just pure sh¡t.
