I ordered a blue wopple ball and received the color pink. The order took also forever to receive..

Did not get what I had ordered. Reached out to the company and they were going to look into it. Never heard back. Sent several emails, no response. Save your money. Learned the hard way, Not a legit site.

Avoid at all costs . Scam site based in China. I ordered in start of January and nothing has arrived . Sorry I didn't read the reviews. Stay clear or lose your money .

SCAM - also doing business as Brilliance Star Industrial Limited - or at least that's what my paypal said the seller was.
They took my money, sent me wrong item of minimal value and then pretended to help me via email saying they would send the correct item - for weeks. When I disputed in paypal, these THEIVES won as they could show that they sent something - even though it was the wrong item and of minimal value.
It sounds like they do this to others too - saying they will have the warehouse send you the item you paid for - but they NEVER do.
This went on for months. Do not trust them - no matter how good the deal seems.
I wish I had read these warnings before trying to buy something from them and getting scammed.

I bought a funko pop that is valued at $110 for $35. Yes, it took about 2 months to get here, but when it arrived I was shocked to find that it was real! I emailed the company about the delay and they asked for me to give it a little more time before I filed a claim. I'm glad I did!

I paid extra for express shipping and it still hasn’t shipped. When I inquire about a refund or what is taking so long I get computer generated responses and when I call the number it rings twice and then tells me the user is busy. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering, it would seem I’m out $70 now. This place is a joke.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I got an octopod for my Daughter and when it came the sound function was in a different language. When I asked for a refund or an exchange a string of very rude customer service staff told me that as it wasn’t advertised with sound they wouldn’t help me. This was a Christmas gift for my Daughter and she cried. Horrible company. Do not buy from them. I am a single parent and don’t have much money for many gifts and I explained as such to them. Just horrible. Please don’t waste your money.

They rip you off. I paid for an item Dec 10. Not here yet. I keep getting the run around. Bottom line don't buy from them. They take your money and you get nothing.

I would give them a rating of 0 if possible. I bought an octopod from them and it had no sound. IT was 6 weeks late and when I mentioned all this...basically answer was tough!!!

This company does not deliver what they advertise. I bought two Roblox-pack that should include codes. I got som fake-figures and no codes. At first they answered on my emails, but not anymore. I have realised that I will not get my money back and no codes. I hope this can prevent someone from geting scamed.

Didn't get bing bunny.. Instead I got hundreds of spring bars for no need? I didn't order that sh**it.. I will contact the police..

Absolute joke of a company. Number one they sell you fake funkos (shame on me) but worst part of it they will send you emails when you have to ask for a replacement saying they sent a message to the warehouse and will never get back to you. I waited 4 damn months and still waiting for a answer or a refund. People like this should rot

Controparte vergognosa. State alla larga da questo venditore, frode certa.

After more than 1 month, we’ve just received a poor quality fake product. The box was apparently genuine, the content definitely a fake. It’s worth to mention that we paid the full price (>100 USD) with no intention to make the deal of life.

This counterparty is simply a shame. Stay away from them.

I’ve just sent a formal complaint and requested immediate refund. It’s a chance for them to prove it was an incident...we’ll see.

DAMAGED + FAKE ITEMS

Ordered a John Wick 2 Mafex Action Figure for my mate for Christmas, after not initially realizing that I was actually ordering from China. To their credit it arrived less than a week later so they were surprisingly fast but everything else was a fail.
The £50+ collectible figure I ordered arrived with no bubble wrap or any other kind of protection besides an unpadded envelope. As such, the figures box was badly dented and torn, making it totally unsuitable as a gift for a serious collector.

I complained and asked for a refund but to start with they sent 3 separate emails saying it would be better if they just sent me a replacement. The fact that they were so willing to send me more raised alarm bells that this was not an original item. Sure enough, after checking genuine figures online, the one they sent was obviously a fake, with poor print on the box and wonky sculpting/paint on the figure and an edited manufacturers logo. You can find the same fake figure on wish.com or aliexpress for £8 by the way...

The description on their website says several times that the item is a genuine from Mafex, which is just straight up lies. After demanding a refund and threatening to report them to Paypal they said they would give me a refund. I saw other peoples comments here that said they would only pretend to offer a refund and then never actually give one, so I was somewhat doubtful I would actually receive one despite them promising me one.

To their credit, I was given a full refund 10 days after saying they would give me one, without any extra chasing. That might just be because they knew I would claim it from Paypal otherwise, but who knows?

I purchased a Talking Disney Pixar Exclusive Toy Story 3 Delux 15inch Talking Plush Lotso Hugging Bear as a Christmas gift for my 6 year old son. What I received was a Lotso Hugging Bear in a plastic bag...not in it's box as advertised...it did not talk, it looked grubby and definetly did not smell of strawberries. I emailed customer service on the 8 Dec 2020 and was advised that a replacement will be sent...I have emailed numerous times thereafter and have been told that they need to check with their warehouse ...have not heard back from them. Exhausted from having to chase them and getting the same message..."need to check with warehouse". Lesson learnt...will not be ordering from them again.

Do not buy from this site its a scam I ordered from them 2 months ago and still haven't received anything and don't think I will I never write reviews but im not having them taking people's money

Bought a Limited Edition LOL doll for my Grandaughter for Christmas. There was a problem with the quality of the item. I treated professionally and politely and given a refund. No questions asked. Nice to deal with a quality company.

I ordered a bts pillow in October 2020 and I still have not received it. I have lost count on how many times I've emailed on an update or a tracking link and I have not received much help. Never ordering from this place again.

I ordered and paid for a product that they advertised as "genuine". They sent me a fake and after many repeated emails asking this to be rectified, they kept saying that they were "checking with the warehouse". Don't use them, you will lose your money and be very disappointed in the experience.
