Commande effectuée le 20 septembre et colis toujours pas reçu. Toujours la même réponse de leur part nous mentionnant le tracking, le colis ne circule plus depuis le 19 octobre.
Ils nient complètement nos messages et nos demandes de remboursement. Réponse automatique, systématiquement la même.

Early days yet. But, I have just received 2 PS4 remotes and so far so good. Don't know if they're fake (going on the bad reviews I've seen) but my son is quite meticulous with PS4 remotes and will only use genuine ones...these seem to have passed his test. So, if they are fake then they are good fakes and quite honestly, with how expensive the genuine ones are and with how quickly the genuine ones last, there's probably not much difference anyway.
They arrived in the time stated and seem to be good value. I had honestly thought I'd been scammed, but so far...absolutely nothing wrong!

So this is what happened. I went on the website and ordered a 20$ fnaf plush (phantom foxy) on September 4. More than a month later, no phantom foxy! It seems that they just took my money or their shipping sucks. And not to mention that I keep getting these 20.30$ GameStop insufficient funds notifications, which didn’t start until a few weeks after I made the purchase. I want a refund, but of course I didn’t realize that I had waited 30 days to return. I just wonder why they put a refund option on a scam website to begin with. Sticking with eBay, Amazon, and official store sites from now on.

Please do not buy anything from here. This "company" is a total scam. Received a fake product and will not give us refund or replacement. Absolutely crazy.

We ordered a gaming mouse from
brilliance star industrial limited (Princessdressworld) and not only had it been used, it was not even authentic; a total scam; worse yet, they do not answer e-mails and not on PayPal either, seeking full refund and they are not in compliance---stay clear from this shady organization.

Please don't order anything from them. My item was broken when I received it and they told me they were going to send another one and they didn't and never replay the emails since. Totally a scam

Receveid a different item from the one I ordered.

At first they were very kind and said they would send the correct item.

However, after more than 3 months I still have not received the item I originally ordered.

Never will order again from them!

Watch out this company is now selling their products under a different name Best Toys or Toygamewiz.com. Only after I made the payment a notification came up that I had bought from Princessdressworld or Brilliance Star. If you had nothing to hide why would you trade under a different name.

They are company in mainland China and pretent they r Hong Kong company to create buyer's confidence. They are selling fake toys and cheating to replace the real one.

Entrei novamente em contato pedindo pra iniciar processo de devolução e reembolso: tentaram me persuadir a esperar dizendo que eu teria que pagar o envio de volta, me recusei e agora estou iniciando processo de devolução através do PayPal. Serviço de atendimento da Princessdressworld é superficial, sacana e mentiroso.

No stars. I received Muppet babies figures and they arrived without Kermit.
My disabled granddaughter loves Kermit.
I’ve tried so often contacting them and receive emails from them and someone called Brilliance Star.
Response is always they are contacting the warehouse.
Ongoing now since February.
Everytime she plays with them she says. ‘Where is Kermit ‘

These are scammers. Do not buy from them. They sell fake stuff and will never refund you. My son was extremely sad ... they should be taken off the market. Fake scammers..

POR FAVOR NUNCA COMPREN NADA DE PRINCESSDRESSWORLD: 2 cosas nunca cumplen con los plazos de entrega y los productos nunca llegan. Tengo 5 meses esperando mi producto y llamando a su servicio al cliente y no dan ninguna solucion y solo dicen que no pueden hacer reembolsos.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PRINCESSDRESSWORLD: 2 things the delivery dates they promise are lies and on top of that the products never arrived. I called their customer support and they cant solve anything but they DO confirm there is no refund. Worse experience online i've ever had. This company is an scam. Dont buy from it

I have been trying to contact this company for quite some time. I was told that I would be receiving a replacement dew to the damage to the funko pop. Now that the company will not even respond to my emails I have not received a replacement so please before doing business with this company think twice and read the reviews. Worst company ever

The item I received was not the one described on the order. It was just a cheap copy and not the original one. They kept me waiting for months writing they would check the matter and send me a new original item. I am still waiting for it. (it was ordered in December as a Christmas present). Today is the 14. April! It is a real shame!!! Worst service ever!!!

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Falscher Artikel geschickt und hingehalten mit Emails über eine angebliche Nachlieferung, die nach 4 Monaten nicht erfolgt ist. Ich fühle mich richtig reingelegt! Nie wieder!

Hanno spedito un oggetto che non corrisponde a quello in ordine. Dopo il reclamo mi hanno scritto continuamente che avrebbero risolto mandando il pezzo originale. Sto ancora aspettando dopo 4 mesi!!! Una vera truffa!!!
