Sharing this in case it helps someone else avoid the frustration I am still trying to resolve nearly a month later.

I ordered from Flo Pilates and the product quality was shockingly poor. It felt cheaply made and nothing like what was advertised. When I tried to return it under their own posted policy, I got zero response from customer service.

To make matters worse, they automatically enrolled me in an app subscription that was supposed to be free for 10 days and attempted to charge me before I even received the product.

This is very clearly a scam. Save yourself the frustration.

I received it yesterday and the first thing I noticed is that it is not very sturdy, the timer is not working and the stretch bands come off easily, so I hope they don't come while using them during a workout. I tried it today and attempted to follow the app, but there's no instruction except at the very beginning of a workout, they don't let you know about the ending time of a rep nor the rest time and worse of all they don't specify the exact proper posture. I am willing to try it but right now I am not that impressed.

I like the fact that the reformer is portable and easy to use I haven’t been able to use it very much because I injured myself (not on the reformer) but so far so good. My only issue is that they are charging me for a plan I didn’t sign up for. If they don’t change that than I would not buy it. I already know how to do Pilates. I bought a portable reformer not a set of classes to be charged to me unbeknownst to me.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Bought a reformer and a few bits missing (ropes etc). After more that 2 weeks still awaiting any meaningful response from Flo. Avoid at all costs!

I received my unit quickly, well packaged and no damage. Love it!

No customer service. You can't speak with a human. I tried finding a phone number or email, but no one would help me. At check out, it advertised pay over time option but it charged the full amount all at once. I requested to cancel my order literally one minute after placing it and the AI chat bot said someone would get back to me in 12 to 24 hours. Then my order shipped 6 hours later and charges are pending on my bank account. A claim was filed with the BBB.

I wanted to cancel the order a half hour after placing it, so they said they could but they never did. I never received their product then they charged me almost $300 for the app subscription (for the product they said they’d cancel the order for and I never received).

Scam company, avoid at all costs

I’m really happy with my choice of Flo reformer, it did take awhile to get but it was around the holidays, it was easy to set up& I find it very sturdy, it is a smooth Flo, well built it should last a very long time .. I feel and see improvement in my body. I am very happy

I ordered this in January after leaving my pilates studio. I love how compact and sturdy it is. It fits perfectly in my small home gym. Delivery was prompt and customer service has been great. I am still navigating through the flo app to find the best program for me.
I have used it pretty regularly and enjoy the variety it adds to my home workout .

If i could improve anything, I would add a little more resistance

After looking for a gift for my wife who recently started instructing pilates, I thought this would make the perfect gift. How ever i placed a order got a confirmation and the money was taken from my account, every thing looks good so far…. Well 4 weeks later no tracking number or confirmation that the package has been shipped. I decided that i no longer want this product and want to cancel the order and have my money sent back, no response from this company, i have sent multiple emails and ai chats “ because they wont put a phone number to contact”
ORDER #213756 is my order number because i know they will respond with the same generic ai response they always do… i highly recommend staying clear of this company

The Flo Pilates Studio Reformer I purchased is first class quality. The customer service is first class as well. I had ordered my machine but was going to be out of town and worried that the machine would be sitting on from porch for a week. I contacted them and promptly received a return call. I was able to schedule shipment to arrive after I returned home. The machine is very well made and it came in a crate instead of a hefty cardboard box. The reformer folds upright when not in use. I also had a lot of extras included, such as the box, kick board (I think it called that), and another foot board. I received a call today from the company responding to my request for additional information on how to use the machine. I’m very pleased with my purchase and the customer service I’ve received.

Love my home reformer…I get great instruction with the Flo app, it’s a must. I see great changes in my body from all the trainers I’ve worked out to. Thank you Flo for your customer service and products.

It is a great equipment to try with for Pilates exercises, we are loving to use this daily.

I LOVE Flo Pilates!!! I purchased my reformer on Black Friday. I had been eyeing the product for more than a year and waiting for a sale. This price was perfect. My reformer arrived before Christmas and I began using it on December 21st. It has helped me a lot. I was going through a period of depression after the passing of my father in May of 2025. I wanted to feel motivated again and to get back into shape. The wonderful Flo Pilates reformer is made so that I can exercise and do many different guided practices with the app. The Flo Pilates socks keep me from slipping. It has improved my mood and I have been able to reduce my anxiety/depression medication which was an important goal of mine. I have lost 7 pounds since December 21st. I look forward to Flo Pilates every day. It is an amazing product. The colors are beautiful and the exercises are fun and rewarding! The equipment folds for easy storage. I can’t wait to purchase more from Flo Pilates. I am so thankful for this product and the friendly support team!!

Absolutely LOVE my reformer board! I’m a SAHM and I’m able to workout on MY TIME. The app is amazing. They offer classes and workouts. It’s definitely worth the 9.99 a month. I’m 2 months in and already see a difference! I feel GREAT and STRONG! Definitely worth it.

They sent only one part of the order and they don’t provide any status about the rest. Obviously the bigger part. Interesting enough they keep the expected delivery date for feb 11. Delivery in the past… and you can contact but the answer it’s always “we cannot retrieve info about your order.

Do not buy there.

Buyer beware!! This is a product that will not hold up to a real Pilates workout. It is advertised in a deceitful fashion. The product is cheaply constructed, and it is a scam. When requesting a refund, the policy makes it nearly impossible and expensive to pursue. I am embarrassed that I trusted the advertisement and other reviews. NOT as advertised. Would leave zero stars if possible. Not a purchase that I would recommend.

Received the order, a part seemed damaged from the board, then I was charged—without giving authorization nor creating an account— for a subscription to their app— I had just gotten the board and apparently the trial they give you starts at payment???? Weird.
Emailed customer service and was told I have to find a way to cancel it, took a while but I did. I was over the horrible business practices, I asked to return the entire thing—board and the freebies
I was told to take pics and then it will be escalated to a return rep—didn’t hear anything for about 2 weeks, kept emailing, received an email from “Anna” who said she was sorry, pasted the link to their “generous” return policy, no return instructions no return label. I replied asking for instructions and a label—radio silence. I just want to return the product hassle free. I’ll never trust reviews for this company or many companies after this, it all seems fake.

This company seems like a scam—even the address from the shipping label doesn’t match up with what I looked up… I live within the city—or not, they are based in. This has been a headache.
