Atrocious. Still waiting for my refund. You should be ashamed of yourselves. @jeffadams what happened to “monitoring my refund closely”? That was on Tuesday! Still haven’t gotten an email saying I’m being refunded.

If I could give this company a ZERO I…

If I could give this company a ZERO I would. I have been WAITING for my REFUND for weeks. The reformer was returned to FLO on March 3 and now it’s the 17. I still haven’t heard anything and I’ve emailed MULTIPLE times. WORST COMPANY EVER. Give me my refund.

I have reached out to customer service…

ANOTHER UPDATE—STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND EVEN THIUGH I HAVE PROOF IT WAS DELIVERED BACK TO THE VEGAS WAREHOUSE. THIS HAS BEEN SUCH AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!

after putting my review here Flo finally got back to me. They apologized and sent me a return slip. For my frustration, they are also paying for my return shipping.


I have reached out to customer service at least 3 times asking how to receive a return slip for my reformer. No one has responded. The reformer is cheap and I don’t want it. They also charged my credit card for the app so I had to cancel it. I’m so disappointed and I’m STILL waiting on next steps to return my product.
