The QR code does not work. Have the manually call the number. Also you should charge for incremental times after your initial park purchase like 15 or 10 mins instead of automatic 1 hr fee after the first park purchase.

I attempted to use this service on multiple occasions, and it continually failed
I tried paying for parking on multiple occasions while visiting Nashville. Whether through the QR code, text, or the app, I'd consistently get errors not accepting payment. I tried multiple payment methods, and continuously got errors. Then leaving me with anxiety of my vehicle being towed leaving my family and I stranded in the city. I considered just taking a screenshot of it not working in the event my car was ticketed or towed, but wanted neither. It would then randomly go through on the 12th or more try.

I paid for 3 hours of parking to assure…
I paid for 3 hours of parking to assure that we had more than enough time. After leaving the restaurant, WE GOT A TICKET!!!!!!!! We were only there for an hour and 15 minutes so had lots of time remaining. So... let's just say your service sucks!!!!! I have copies of the ticket and the email confirmation which clearly shows we paid.

It was easy enough to set up and the parking was in a good spot at a good rate. However, I tried to extend my parking period and the app gave me an error message. I then arrived to find id been ticketed for $60 like 10 minutes beyond when my time expired. Predatory
