Ridiculous how expensive it was for 45 minutes, not easy to use either

I needed customer support and sent an email. No one contacted me, as a result I was overcharged, thank you very much!

Parking fee was way to high for the venue and will restrict my visits to this area

The check out process took 4 minutes. I was charged 3 of those minutes before the process was complete. This is a scam and will be reported as such.
It's the little things like this that accumulate and make a bad name for your city. Pathetic....
"Parking area" looked like an abandoned junk yard with potholes, broken glass and garbage everywhere.
I'd rather park in a shi##y part of town and have my windows smashed out and my wheels stolen before giving you another cent. Enjoy burning in hell

Absurdly expensive.

We clearly paid for parking yet we received a violation that we had to spend time disputing. We fortunately had what was need to dispute the violation. But these types of errors can ruin an evening out.

Good location for parking

There was a second vehicle with us and they paid for their parking on the app and ended up with a boot on their car when they came back after the timeframe. It cost them $75 to get the boot off their car after paying $23 for parking. The reasoning for the boot they said is the license plate did not match the car but the license plate was registered to the car in Tennessee so I’m not understanding what happened in this case. No money was ever refunded to her.

It was quick and easy to to scan the QR code and input the necessary info. Price was reasonable as well.

The location of this lot is so convenient! Love the pricing and its proximity to Rosemary’s. I appreciate it also being well lit and having ample spaces.

While I did find a parking space, the app did not work well and it took several minutes and several tries to pay.

Too expensive!!
I have had better experiences with parking apps that can be paid prior to arriving. Will try not to use this again. $26.50 for two hour parking, wanted to extend it another 30 minutes, they wanted another $26.50. Lot was maybe 50% full.

Charging a fee on top of the parking fee? Ridiculous

Too hard of a process for 77 yr olds. Need to be able to pay with cash. A young man helped us thru the ordeal. Too expensive. Over paid as show only two hrs.. We paid for three.

Hunter's station should have 100% free parking.
