Park elsewhere
The app. gave us 5 min. to renew our spot. I tried to renew online, but it didn’t work. Got booted. Payed $114. New Nashville sucks.

I used your website to pay for my…
I used your website to pay for my parking, and it didn't register to the person who was making sure that each spot in use was paid. I returned to find my vehicle booted and although I admit to showing up after my parking was expired, my vehicle was booted, and I didn't receive a substantial reduction for the booting fee despite me pulling out a receipt that showed I had originally paid for parking. I would rather uber than use parking.com parking in the future.

Major parking scam
Website FAQ says if you stay longer than your reservation time you will only be responsible for the time you stayed over. However, they allow a third party company to boot your car and pay $75 plus whatever "citation fee" the a**hole wants to charge that night. I stayed 13 minutes over and had to pay $130 for a 6.99 space.

I think this parking company is a scam
I think this parking company is a scam. I paid using the QR code immediately after I parked and still got a parking ticket in the mail almost 3 weeks later. The parking fee was $12 and the additional “fee” was just over $70. Unfortunately this is the second time it has happened and both times I know I paid using the QR code. It’s unfortunate since this is one of the easier parking spots in downtown Nashville. But I will have to look for another garage.

Careful, it's not easy to extend your time
This system should alert us when our time has expired in the case that we need to extend time. I was running only a few minutes late to my vehicle and was met with a heavy citation on the windshield.
