Horrible!! Left garage and charges are still increasing.
I left parking garage after an hour. Website still shows me as being there charges increasing by the hour. In Google chrome “customer support”. Fails captcha every time. Had to use Safari to submit a claim. No number for emergency service. No way to speak to anyone while charges are still increasing by the hour.

Took 10 minutes to pay, then got violation.
It took 10 minutes to pay quite a bit for 1.5 hours, then when I returned to my car, I was presented with a violation. A violation I had to dispute or be sent to collections. I will park ANYWHERE else in the future.

Don’t attempt to add time
I was parked in the lot and had paid for 2 hours. I realized I needed more time as our event was running longer than expected. I went into the app to add more time and was giving a warning that I could not because the lot was full.
