Simple to reserve and when I called in customer service was great

Easy to use web site

The staff at the desk was nice, they even give a lockpad and key when you first move in your stuff. The process was quick and easy, especially since I reserved it online ahead of time, even if on short notice the day before.

It was easy and the staff was very helpful and the unit was clean!

Manager was there from my initial phone call to getting me to my storage unit. Very professional and very respectful.

Booking process was easy. Staff was available.

Check in was super easy. The guy working there actually walked me to my new unit instead of just giving me a paper map. He was very nice, the place is super clean. A+

Everything I was told about availability and pricing was not the case. So all the time spent on the phone and traveling loaded down with a lot of stuff was wasted. I ended up having to show up at my next appointment with a loaded down truck looking a bit ridiculous

Very bad experience with this storage facility. I was promised one price when I signed up, but later they almost doubled the cost without a clear explanation. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of honesty and transparency. Customers should be able to trust the price they are offered from the beginning, and it’s unfair to change the terms afterward.

Because of this, I already canceled my rental and will be moving out next month. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for honest service and fair pricing.

Website for viewing and accepting lease is difficult. Just use Docusign so we can actually add our initials and signatures. No info given about how to get the access code. So bad follow through after lease was submitted and accepted.
