Per un errore nell'indirizzo di consegna non mi è stato recapitato il pacco ESP7040GB56385509201. Non trovo un altro sistema per contattarvi, il pacco risulta rispedito al mittente. L'azienda che ha prodotto il contenuto del pacco mi ha detto che vi avrebbe scritto per farmelo recapitare di nuovo, ma non ho ricevuto niente. Ho bisogno di aiuto per riavere il pacco.

pacco bloccato da 18 giorni dopo lo sdoganamento
il mio pacco spedito (tracking DOL0800US34923839301) il 13 luglio dagli USA è bloccato ad Amsterdam con la dicitura "customs cleared" dal 20 di luglio e siamo all'8 agosto, da allora nessuna novità. Se è stato sdoganato perchè non c'è progresso nella spedizione? Normalmente in una settimana al massimo arriva in Italia, dopo 18 giorni invece non c'è ancora nessun progresso.
