Excellent customer services
When I opened the box my sideboard was shattered into pieces and beyond repair. Rush in customer services was very apologetic, polite and very kind. The problem was quickly resolved and I received a full refund.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Reclaim Nation another time.

Product is lovely but nightmare delivery
Product is lovely. Delivery a nightmare. Waited over a week and had to email to enquire. Date set with time so time arranged off work to sign for it. Did not arrive. No correspondence at all. I had to chase up. Delivery company cancellrd for no reason. Another 3 day delay.

Poor quality
Item was damaged on first delivery, rearranged replacement, was complex, and after a lot of calls was delivered. Again was damaged. It’s a poorly made item, do not recommend purchasing.

Terrible problems with stock and…
Terrible problems with stock and delivery. A 1-2 week delivery time ended up being almost 2 months and still only receiving 1 item. After taking a day off work to receive my items, only one was delivered. I was offered £30 compensation on an order of over £500 but would still have to take a second day off work for the delivery of the additional item with a delivery lead time of over a further month.
Delivery company point to point were very nice though.

Misleading Sale Pricing – Brooklyn Extendable Dining Table
I am extremely disappointed with Reclaim Nation’s pricing practices regarding the Brooklyn Extendable Dining Table.
The table is currently advertised for £399, supposedly reduced from £629. However, I have investigated the historical pricing myself using the Wayback Machine, which provides archived records of websites. My evidence shows that the table was already listed at £399 when I first viewed it over a year ago. I also investigated historical listings from 2024–2025, which contradict the impression that the current £399 price represents a genuine reduction from £629.
I have also researched UK advertising and consumer protection law, including the rules surrounding misleading price comparisons and advertised discounts. Retailers must ensure that their reference prices and claimed savings are not misleading to consumers.
I contacted Reclaim Nation by email and explicitly raised my concerns, explaining why I believe their advertised discount may breach UK consumer protection law. Despite giving them the opportunity to address the issue, I am sufficiently concerned that I will now be reporting the matter to Trading Standards.
Advertising a product at £399 while claiming it has been reduced from £629 suggests customers are saving £230. If the historical evidence shows the table was already being advertised at £399, customers deserve a proper explanation of the claimed original price.
I have retained the historical evidence and will be submitting it as part of my report. I believe customers deserve transparent pricing and genuine discounts, not sale claims that create a potentially misleading impression of the savings available.

Brooklyn extendable dining table
We bought an extendable dining table from the company which when we eventually got it right was lovely. We had to return the first one which was quite damaged, the second table had slight damage which we rubbed down with fine sandpaper and used wood stain and a finish of wax in order to have a place to eat. The furniture if perfect is beautiful, but I think more needs to be put into checking prior to dispatching to the customer in order to ensure the condition is good. The customer service was good when contacted.
