Our product took almost three weeks to arrive from Melbourne to Sydney and the tracking information was poor. These things made the experience quite disappointing.

Outdoor Furniture Co provides durable, stylish and weather proof outdoor furniture with premium delivery service and prompt customer support. I would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality outdoor furniture at competitive price that complete the furnishing of outdoor space. I purchased 6 x Delfina armless outdoor chairs after searching for sometime for outdoor dining chairs that look great by the pool and wouldn’t be worn out after extreme weather such as excessive rains for a prolonged period in Sydney. When I reached out to follow up on the delivery, I received prompt reply on the status and text messages to confirm the date and time for delivery. The purchasing process is pleasant and even better when I received the beautiful items. The chairs are stain resistant with no cleaning required even after heavy rain. I can now enjoy my outdoor space more than ever. I would rate them 6 star if there is such option.

Fantastic communication
Communication with Anthony was fantastic (probably the best I've experienced), website was easy to use, and he delivered the product as soon as he was able.
The only issue was assembling the ordered outdoor table was a 2-3 person job that could have been done in 30 minutes but I had to do on my own as I assume he had to get back to the shop.
