I came back after almost 4 years just to leave this feedback because the outdoor dining table I purchased from Outdoor Furniture Co. has truly been one of the best products I’ve bought for my home.
We have used it through many seasons, family meals, and outdoor moments, and it still looks beautiful with no issues at all. Anthony recommended using teak sealant once a year, and I followed his advice. That simple care has kept the table in amazing condition.
After 4 years of real use, I can honestly say the quality is excellent and the product is truly worth it. Thank you, Anthony, for the great advice and service.

Velvet barstools
I was looking for a particular velvet barstool and found this item on a number of suppliers. Outdoor furniture had this chair at a very competitive price, however I was concerned about the colour being right.
I emailed them and Anthony was so helpful and communicative throughout a number of exchanges.
I ordered the chairs, they are perfect and delivery was prompt and uncomplicated.
I will definitely order again and highly recommend based on a positive experience

Classic snake oil salesmen. Offer a guaranteed 5% price beat when provided with 2 different products cheaper refuse to honour their own guarantee. They couldn't even come within $80 of the matched price and still tried to tack on shipping when competitor was free.
FYI competitor was an Australian bricks and mortar store with online capacity.
My advice a don't use if they can't even honour their own promotion good luck if something goes wrong.

We would like to clarify that we always try to offer a discount when our margin allows it. In this case, the product had a very low margin, so unfortunately, our team was unable to match or beat the lower price you found.
Our team was transparent about this and suggested that, if you were able to get a better deal elsewhere, you should choose the option that works best for you. We understand that customers will naturally go with the lower price, and we respect that choice.

They were great at first. The whole buying process was non stressful and easy. Everything changed when I had a problem though.
Manufacturing defects...., just got total denial....it was storm damage or something else... just not our problem.
Beware!!!!
No after sales service and offensive complete denial if you ever have a problem!
Won't go back there again.
I was laughed at when I had a problem from the reported owner.
