I have not received the goods that I ordered

Great experience shopping for garage shelving. Got a defective part, contacted support and received prompt responses and a new part was shipped immediately. I value great customer support and I definitely received it from Direct Sale team.

I originally rated this website 1 star because I ordered what was advertised as an authentic brand item but received a generic version instead. I’ve now updated my rating to 5 stars due to how quickly and professionally the seller resolved the issue.

My initial email regarding my complaint was answered within 24 hours, and I received a refund shortly after. Great customer service and a prompt resolution.

Delivered on time, Solar panel bird proofing was good DIY option.

Seems like its unclaimed, but still like to write the review as I'm quite happy with the customer service. I ordered garden lawn mover, which had some parts issue but it was resolved very professionally by the the team, and quite happy with the response and resolution. Thank you

Scammers!!! Dodgy company. Do not buy. Still awaiting delivery, 2 months later. No reply to email.

Placed an order in Dec for a Christmas present.

Not arrived, no answer to emails, no eta.....now contacted card provider to get money back.

I received a faulty product and contacted Direct Onsale on a chat line and they asked whether I had the original package, receipt etc - I answered yes. Then they told me I had to join something else and when I clicked it said:
By clicking "PayPal", "CONNECT NOW", "Buy with GPay" or "ApplePay", I agree to be charged one-time AU$1 join fee and AU$76 subscription fee every month. My subscription renews automatically until I cancel it in My Account or at www........

Worst company ever. Do not buy. No response to my many emails, live chats and Facebook messages regarding my order. No emails, no updates. Scammers

I discovered DOS in January, looked thru saw some useful items, ordered 4 things. # arrived in separate packages over the next month.
The 4th item didnt arrive, checked tracking and it said 'delivered' at a town 200km away.
I emailed them, they were going to check into it, no response, a month later I emailed again, response was that they were waiting for the item to be returned (however, whether or not they get the item back, they still need to provide the item as they obviously slapped some other address sticker on the package),
emailed them again 4 weeks later, response was that they had the return package and asked me to confirm my address, I replied with my original order confirmation, and said, please send to the address provided in my order. Order was placed 19/2, now it is 15/6/24, that last email confirming my postal address was 7/5. Nothing confirmed, or tracking provided, and nothing received. Order confirmation #SPDOS14627

SCAMMERS! Do not purchase anything from this website. I did the mistake of purchasing before reading reviews. It’s been nearly 3 months and item hasn’t arrived. No response to any of the emails sent. Buyer BEWARE

What a bunch of crooks, I ordered a chair from them, it was to small, my fault, I should have measured. I wrote to them to ask if I could return it, it was a little over the 30 days cooling off, he told me I couldn't,return it, but he would send me a $30 refund and a $30.00 gift card, that was weeks ago, the chair cost $175.00, he won,t even come back to me, so steer clear people

Great! Product received in good condition and delivery was on time

I no ordered a snorkel and as of today it still hasn’t arrived even though I contacted them and they told me it was in transit even though it is still not picked up by the courier company - I paid extra to get it delivered by express post and it still has not arrived - I am furious as I explained to them that I was going away and wanted to take it with me but looks like that won’t happen

Ordered something in November '23 still hasn't arrived mid January '24. Have tried emailed numerous times and have tried the online chat, no response. I would definitely avoid

Order did not arrive - customer service is slow. I will not order again, too unreliable!
