The product arrived in a timely manner. I'm a bit of a dope at installing things & my arthritis makes it a bit hard. I contacted & they talked me through it, step by step, very, very patiently. I've only just installed it, but will leave my review of the product itself asap. I'm sure it will be great. I purchased this because I've found the water chemicals becoming way too strong & intrusive. I support water treatment, for health, but within reaso. It's just become way too much. All our delivery pipes are old, too. Some days my pool smells & tastes better. It's annoying always having to boil or let the water sit for 40mins, before use. The choice to filter or not use the filter is also wonderful! Who needs filtered water for floor cleaning, etc... It gives you choice & a way to extend each filter cartridge's life, thus saving money! Plus, of course, it's an Aussie Company. Im on a very tight budget. I believe it will be well worth the investment.

I purchased a blissful home tap water filter it's amazing very easy to install and does all it says .my water was like drinking pool water . Straight away taste gone along with a lot of stuff I don't know about I'm sure. It's very affordable.aussie business too .the customer service was outstanding .couldn't go wrong here if U need one for sure .cheers

For years we have been having issues with the water supply and quality. We bought botled and bulk water which helped with the quality. The cost was very high. We bought the filter, love the stainless steel attachment and that we can simply switch between filter and non filter. Our costs have reduced and quality increased. We now wash our vegetables using the filter water and they last longer.. Highly recommend
