Product arrived poorly packed and damaged. Initially responded quickly that they would replace but have not gotten back to us in a month and no replacement has been sent. DO NOT BUY.

My experience with their Eskimo Gordon towel dryer was great until it failed after only five months of use. Definitely not a robust design.

I attempted to reach the company and they were not responsive. I don’t want a new one because I’ll have to reopen the wall to wire it in and if that second unit fails then I’d have to open it again.

So think twice before buying one.

If the company will reach out to me to settle this issue and offer me a refund I’ll amend this post.

But really, I can’t recommend this product.

I love our Double Gordon, both the function and the form! We recently did a bathroom renovation and the towel rail was one of the first things I got. It dries the bath towels over a couple of hours, and it's never too hot to touch. We also use it as our 'towel hooks'.

The customer service from the team has been above and beyond expectations. Truly amazing. We had some issues with the initial towel rail and reached out to Eskimo Heat. Tony was very quick to reply and helped us out. He even went so far as to create an instructional video for us. Thank you Tony for your excellent service!

I really love the look and design of the Gordon Towel rails. However, after purchasing 2 for our new build we are a bit disappointed. We only hang two towels and you have to leave them on all night if you want your towel to dry. Even then due to the way the towel bunches from how it hangs, there will still be damp patches on your towel.

Not to mention they are very expensive considering they are not very efficient at drying towels which is a shame.

It's in the tough moments that customer experiences can either be terrible or terrific. I can't tell you how much our moment with Eskimo Heat has been nothing short of spectacular. We love the two towel warmers we purchased from them. Stylish and functional. One, after 18 months, unfortunately stopped working. Eskimo Heat immediately said they would replace it...all they asked was for clarification of the way it was connected, with clear instructions as to how to check. The minute it was clear ours was unfortunately faulty, the new one was being shipped to us; and has been received 7 days later. Thank you Tony and the Eskimo Heat Team. We feel extremely well looked after.

Eskimo Heat were extremely efficient in delivering the towel rails. I ordered 2 extra towel rails in error and I was assisted by Tony. He was very helpful and understanding. I'm very pleased with the service and I highly recommend these guys.

Great product. Easy to install. Fantastic customer service.

LOVE the heated towel fins. This is my second purchase from Eskimo Heat (for my second bathroom) and cannot fault the product at all. Works amazingly well and looks so good in the bathroom. Also, Tony is so easy to work with and communicate with. Very impressed.

Fantastic towel warmer! Very impressed with how well it works and I find it looks quite nice. Dried towels really well and keeps them toasty warm.

Overall, a very positive experience in purchasing the Gordon heater for one of my projects.

A couple of observations are that the bumper cushions on the bracket for hanging the heater come off easily during installation.
The hole in the bracket for concealing the wire is in the wrong place. It needs to be offset to allow the wire to be unobstructed by the back of the appliance.

I am grateful for the prompt respond when I called for info.
The delivery was fast and well packaged.

I will eventually add more part to improve the switcher. Which it is mean more choices for the customer to switch on/off the heater.

Overall all good! I m satisfied!

Love our fluffy, warm towels. One of the best purchases we made for our new house. Highly recommend.

Website was easy to navigate - specs of heating rails where straight forward - we just renovated 3 bathrooms and purchased 3 Gordons - they look lovey, neat and very are practical

The towel rail is a great device, we have it set in our master bathroom on a timer and the towels are always dry before our showers in the morning

Online experience was user friendly. Delivery was prompt. I can’t wait to use it once bathroom renovation is complete.

Eskimo Heat were great to deal with. They were very professional and helpful over the phone during my initial enquiry about the Gordon towel heater.
They advised of the delay in shipping soon after the point of sale and gave the option to change my mind. We definitely still wanted the product and were prepared to wait.
The Gordon heater arrived earlier than expected. It’s a beautiful addition to our new bathroom and has been getting a lot of interest from visitors as well as the tradies who worked on our renovations.
