Total rip off the clothes were wrong size and poor quality yet not told they won’t refund money unless I can send back to china at great cost. Stay away from them as totally unprofessional and customer service aren’t any help.

Very poor quality, total scam, not in the UK and a returns policy that is impossible. DO NOT PURCHASE SCAM

Miserable quality, items I have ordered don’t look at all like they were on the pictures. Made in China, probably worth less than 2£, but charged £45. Don’t buy anything from them!!!!

I responded to an advert supposedly from a shop in the UK which was closing down, and ordered some shoes. It turned out they were actually coming from China, and when they arrived they were very poor quality and not like the ones I'd ordered. I've asked for a refund, but I'm not holding my breath. The whole thing feels like a scam.

Ordered a jacket and two pairs of shoes, the quality is terrible and they feel so cheap and nothing like advertised. The website feels like a scam as it is constantly advertising a closing down sale and feels generated by AI. Returns are very difficult as they are from Asia - you have to pay >£17 in postage or you can get a 20% refund and keep the items. Do not order from this company.

This company looks like it has some great clothes but everything is deceiving. The quality is horrible. The sizing is WAY OFF. An Xl is more like a Medium.
The buyer has to pay for shipping back to China or get a 30% refund. Just no. I hope you read this before you buy!

Ordered 2 items of clothing beginning of August. Received an email with tracking number which a week later showed as not valid number. I tried contacting them by email and every email bounced back. No way of contacting them, and have obviously not received any goods during last 3 months. Total SCAM, do not buy from them!

This is not a legitimate business. It’s a Chinese scam. Doesn’t reply to phone calls or emails. Illegal terms and conditions in U.K. law. Refuses to cancel.

I bought a clock that resembles nightmare before Christmas but it was nothing like the picture and wasn’t even a working clock like they said it was just a small wall ornament sent from china absolutely disgusting I would not even pay 10p for it.
I have asked for my money back and I will take it further if I don’t hear back from them.

Scam website. After waiting 6 weeks, they sent the wrong pair of shoes in the wrong size. When I complained and asked for my money back, I was offered a 20% refund and only if I returned the item to China at my expense.

I was aware that they had a policy that returns and exchanges require the buyer to pay postage, but this wasn't a return. It was obviously their mistake. They had just chucked a random product in a box and expected me to pay to sort it out.

I feel like a right mug. But I feel sorry for the people who've spent a lot of money. At least I only lost £30.

Oh and the 'going out of business sale' is also bollocks, obviously.

Was hoping its UK based but it came from China nearly 3 weeks later ! Horrible quality and customer service ! paid nearly £40 for a jacket that Shin would do better in quality .
Asking to return to China ! joke !

Don’t do it. Long delivery. Not from a closing London boutique and quality is awful! Never buying via Instagram again. Lesson learned.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered two pairs of shoes, they sent the wrong sizes, wrong colour, and two left feet for one pair of shoes.

The company offered me 20% refund, as though that would help me get over walking around with two left feet? Told me I’d have to ship the shoes back to china at my own expense if I wanted a refund.

Please do not waste your money with this company.

Just dont...... they are NOT a UK company. Albeit the try and illude to being a UK company. So returns process involves return shipping to china, at YOUR expense. And the goods are CHEAP. I wouldnt ask my dog to wear it.
Just dont. The other reviews cover my expereience to a tea. Wish i had read here before.
Cheap is an understantment they ship to you from a UK address and ask you to ship back to china.
My dust extractor filters at work have more quality and class.

Do not buy from this company. Shoes nothing like the website, cheap low quality product. Also false advertising as was sold under pretense of sale as company closing down sale. This was a lie as company still going with a different photo.

If I could give no stars, I would. Avoid this company, they are a scam. Ordered shoes, they sent entirely the wrong product, completely different colour and size, nasty, cheap and inferior quality and not at all as advertised. When I asked to return, they told me I am liable for shipping costs - to return a shoddy, awful product that I didn’t order. Please don’t be fooled, wished I had read the reviews before I fell for the scam. Took weeks to arrive too.

If this is a scam website trust pilot then why are you allowing this to continue to scam people without removing it totally ?

If I could I would have scored 0. What a con. Reading reviews shows the quality and service from this FAKE company who also go under the guise of Livy-London.
I ordereda wool jacket. I was appalled by what I received.
Had I ordered a similar jacket from. Temu I probably would have received a jacket in much better condition and quality at a fraction of the cost.

After initially sending to an address I'd not lived at for 13 yrs (don't ask why, I know where I live and what address i supplied when ordering. Emails back and forth for a short time. Then I heard nothing.
After a discussion with CAB/Trading Standards. I was advised to dispute with my bank who have refunded the fee I paid.
I understand theyare being reported to trading standards too.
If its too good to be true, then let your alarm bells stop you from ordering.
