This is a scam website and they have now changed their tactic to say that they are a boutique closing down with a clearance sale. They are just using photos of other brands designs. Be careful!

Awful company to deal with. Don't be fooled by the name…they are based in china.
The clothing isn’t as it looks in the adverts…cheap, nasty fabric & poorly made.
The jeans were a different colour to those advertised.
But the worst part is when you try to get a refund. I sent 6 emails in total asking for a return address & instructions.
Each time I was told it wouldn’t be cost effective to return the items & instead offered a 20% refund if I kept the goods.
Finally after threatening with giving bad reviews I was offered a final settlement of 50% refund which I reluctantly accepted as I knew I was highly unlikely to be given the return address or possibly a full refund.
Trading standards need to investigate this company & I wish I’d read all the bad reviews before purchasing from them!

This company relies on using London in the title to fool.
Their shipping policy makes it look like Uk/EU shipping with the time scales, but buried in their (disgraceful) returns policy it states they ship from Asia. Which basically means you're screwed as it'll take much longer than stated elsewhere, returns are hard and quality is likely to be very low.
I've reported their shocking misleading practices to trading standards via CAB and UKICC, would recommend others do as well and let's get them investigated and gone ASAP

This company put ads on IG. Photo very much like AI generated and temu. Luckily I did some research about this company before ordering.

Don't Don't Order anything from Olivia Row London!!!!as the product ordered looks nothing like the photos and the quality is very poor cheap fabric!! I tried to get a refund but they got around that saying it was in the Sale..

Waiting for a refund still! I’m ready to escalate having spoken to citizens advice if I don’t get one. Absolutely disgusting company, potentially fraudulent.

Ordered a blouse and jumper. No order number or acknowledgment received but payment was taken from my card. Nothing received. Can only assume this was a scam.

Very disappointed as the material is so thin, the return process is a nightmare! They want me to post it back to a random address in China (has to be international tracked) which costs £12. Will never order from here again.

I will NEVER order from this fake company again. I ordered a 'linen' shirt which was shiny, cheap material and badly made. When I saw it had come from China I knew it would be tricky to return for refund. They said I could keep the shirt for a partial refund but I didn't want it so posted back to China but mrhs later it was returned to sender. Never got my refund. Shirt went to charity shop. Avoid avoid avoid

The company advertised as if it was a London address I posted the wrong size boots they posted to me back to the London address on the website signed for so even more out of pocket the address is not a shop when I looked them up so I now have no boots and paid out for the boots to be signed for pay pal was no help at all I thought pay pal worked with safe sights I'm now going to trading standards

I ordered 2 dresses so I could check for size, believing their return policy. Firstly the quality was awful, nothing like in the photos, so I wanted to return both.
They made returning them very difficult and insisted I send them to an address in China! Which I did using a tracked delivery. Eventually they were returned to me as the address was not recognised in China. These people are complete con artists.

I recently emailed this company to remind them they owed me a refund!! Interestingly … they now seem to be trading as ‘St Ives Bay Boutique’ when I replied to their original Olivia -London their email bounced back - no longer viable. I WILL be taking this up with TRADING STANDARDS - please do not buy from them. It’s a CHINA led company. They are shameless and I’m guessing the same TAT is disguised as decent clothing!!

Complete scam. Do not buy from this site at any cost. It appears to be a UK based retailer but is shipping poor quality rubbish from China which bears no resemblance to the product images on line. They make refunds impossible by insisting that your only option is to spend a fortune to send the items back to China at your cost, only to have them returned to you as they refuse to accept them. This site should absolutely be shut down.

If I could give less than 1 I would. The sizing is so very wrong. I then wanted to return it. They gave me an address I paid £16 in July to return to have it returned back to me which arrived yesterday (14th October). An absolute scam!!! Buy nothing from these thieves!!!

Total scam rubbish stuff received and not from London so you have to post it to China. I sent my stuff back cos so cross and now all emails to original website are bounced back how come Meta allow these fraudsters on their website. Trust pilot should be 0

Total scam. There is no way to return this rubbish, terrible quality, bad sizing. You need to send it back to China at your own expense. Olivia's London does send you an address but to send something to China you need the company's Tax ID and a telephone number and they won't provide either. I am trying to get some help through PayPal but that isn't proving satisfactory either.

Can't believe how unhelpful this company is! Have returned the ill-fitting, poor quality stuff to China, but by the looks of all the other reviews, we have well and truly been scammed! If I don't get a refund, I'll be reporting to Trading Standards!

Not worthy of the one star.
From China. Cheap material. Bought two pairs of jeans the same size. One pair fit, the other are teeny tiny. Very poorly made.
Customer service diabolical. There isn't any!
Website down and emails now not going through . . .

TERRIBLE company, it's a scam. Like other reviewers I bought in good faith, the clothes were very small and I wanted to return them. I was offered a refund of 15% of the purchase price and keep the clothes or I could return the items to China. Like a fool I sent them off and they are now sitting in a customs shed in Zhejiang...
The company has now vanished so I doubt I'll get a refund.
