I’ll add to all the other reviews! Email to return came back as undeliverable. I ordered 2 sizes of shoes- £50 each. Need to return one pair. Said on their website any returns are to china- wft? So emailed them and returned as undeliverable. So I’m £50 out of pocket. Like others wished I’d read the reviews. I’ll never fall for that again!

What a bad experience. I have been seeking help for two months on a missing order and a complaint that I was charged for two pairs of shoes instead of the one I ordered. Olivia-London took a £70 payment and has disappeared in terms of communication. I sincerely hope they correct this (frankly criminal) act. I am ashamed at not having checked on their company reputability before ordering. Buyer beware unless you have money you don’t mind losing.

I wish i’d seen these reviews before ordering and can’t believe I was caught out. The necklace I ordered was in their sale, it looks cheap and nothing like the image. By the time i’ve paid for postage it’s probably not worth requesting a refund.

I ordered clothes back in October, and haven't received my parcel. They originally replied to me to say there was a delay and it was on route (the tracker didn't show anything) but then they stopped replying.

My bank are currently trying to help me get a refund, so fingers crossed.

I feel like an idiot for thinking it sounded like a great deal without checking.

Not London Uk at all, but cheap chinese muck. And items are not labelled or made of cashmere, no washing instuctions. trade under several names including OliviaMaria-London and Liviy. took weeks to arrive. No contact details except email which are non deliverable. PLEASE all the other reviews are absolutely correct so I won't bore you with repeating everything

I believe this organisation to be a scam organisation with no intention of delivering goods or refunding you when delivery is not made. There is no customer complaints function and no means of recovering your payment. They just kept kicking me into the long grass.

I would urge extreme caution - DO NOT BUY from Olivia London.

Not received my order placed over a month ago. At first receiced responses to queries now nothing..

Pity you can’t give a 0! Just reading through the reviews and I couldn’t agree more. A Chinese company using London to fool customers. I received the wrong size shoes, order was correct but was informed that I needed to order eu sizes. Offered 20% of value as “goodwill” even within 30 days of receipt. Tried to post the order back, shipping to china over £30 so would have been massively out of pocket.
If you read this do me a big favour and never buy anything from them.

They are not in London. It's cheap stuff from China. I received the wrong size and can't return unless I pay to ship them to China. I will then get a 30% refund. AVOID!

I have received the order in good time. However when I opened the package I was horrified at the quality and material of this item which looked nothing like the coat on the website. I have contacted the company and been informed they use AI and are not taking responsibility for the quality of the products they sell and refused to issue a refund.

Ordered 1 pair of shoes beginning of August. Received an email with tracking number which a week later showed as not valid number. I have tried contacting them by email and at first they promosed me my order was on the way. I waited two weeks with no delivery and l emailed them again and now every email has bounced back. No way of contacting them, and have obviously not received any goods during last 3 months. This is a total SCAM, do not buy from them! The worst part is they advertise items as if they are in the UK and yet they are a Chinese BOGUS company. Please do not buy anything from them!!!

Terrible company. I ordered three dresses. The quality was dreadful. I returned using Royal Mail tracking. They have been at customs since July. I’ve emailed the company and they assured me I would get the refund. I’m still waiting. DO NOT USE.

Absolute scammers never buy anything from them pictures of garments/shoes do not resemble what they send you wait ages for them to come and can’t send back because it’s to China they will offer you a part refund to play for time but the refund never comes and they tell you to get in touch with your bank because it’s been sent buying time again They are scammers and liars

Order took two weeks to arrive - for about a week it said 'in transit' when i tried to track it- this was my first clue that it might have been coming farther than London. When it did arrive the quality was awful! Unfortunately it was after this that I read the reviews on Trustpilot and wished I'd seen them before. I won't even try to return them given what others have said about the difficulty in doing so.

Scam company. Advertised as a UK company, they are not. They are based in China. They send out completely different products to the ones ordered then state that you can have a 20% refund and keep the incorrect, cheaply made product or pay at your own expense to send it back to China for a full refund. Avoid.
