Olivia Mayfield...a complete scam, using a fraudulent front that appears like a Mother/daughter upmarket brand. I ordered a sky blue sweater and received a cheap polyester tennis shirt style top. Am disputing with my credit card company and reporting to as many review sites as I can to stop others falling into the same trap

The item a 'handmade lamp' reduced from (I think £120) to £45 took an age to arrive and when it did it was a horrible plastic piece of 'made in China' junk. Not even worth a fiver. It was very crudely made, used 3 x button cells for power and it was tiny, nothing whatsoever like the lamp pictured in the advertisment. The advert said full refund within 30 days if not completely satisfied. I said I wasn't satisfied and how to get a refund. They asked for irrelevant pictures of the packaging etc., which I supplied and I have heard nothing since.

This is scam company!. They claim to be a boutique when in fact everything comes from a Chinese sweat shop A jumper which in reality is a plastic top with a badly printed design on the top . The quality is non existent!. A one star is generous they don’t deserve that . It would cost more to send back to china with no chance of getting any money back. Complete scam !
They change their name repeatedly always using Olivia different surname same photos same crap stock !
Don’t get conned by them there is nothing remotely classy about them.

Shame I can't do a zero, what utter rubbish of a lamp. How can they be allowed to post positive reviews on their website

I purchased an Elegant Owl and a Radiant French Bulldog! What a load of rubbish! I purchase from Temu and have received much better quality from them.
I don’t believe they make these in a Shop in London it seems a scam to fool genuine customers. My photo profile is what they look like! Please report this Company. Thank you.

You could help by answering the emails I have sent you. I purchased 2 lamps and paid £80on the basis that they were Tiffany-like in appearance. However they were not only poor quality plastic but nothing like the advertised photos which showed to be alight at both cap and stalk of the mushroom although only the stalk lights up. I feel totally conned and wanted a refund. Total mis interpretation of your product. These were meant as gifts but I’m too embarrassed ro give them. Please address my concerns as soon as possible.

This is the worst piece of tat I have ever bought online. It is not as described, over priced - sale price 44.95 reduced from 199.45 (Amazon price £15.95 and Go Groopie £9.00) Advertised in picture of 2 middle aged ladies in London store with hand made items, when in fact it has come from China and distributed via a warehouse in Feltham Middlesex. I have been truly conned. DO NOT BUY from this company. According to their T&Cs if sale item was purchased there is no refund given. That alone is very cunning as allegedly the item was originally £199 and then reduced to £44.95 on line!!

Rubbish products. Using different company names and payments going to a third party. No response to refund requests. Seems to be a group of companies bobbing and weaving to scam people. Disgusting

ADVERT WAS ALL LIES A COMPLETE SCAM FROM START TO FINISH. MY ORDER ARIVED TODAY AFTER 21 DAYS I PAID £60 for 2 lamps AND WAS SE NT £5 WORTH OF JUNK FROM CHINA

i placed a large order and spent hundreds of pounds; I have not received any of them. I tried to send an email, but it was rejected as a faulty email address. Now I'm out of presents and out of my Christmas present money. i really did like what i thought they were selling, and I would have spent a whole lot more. im scammed again.

I ordered a dog lamp. It arrived broken and the quality was appalling compared to the advertisement.
Then when trying to contact them by e-mail for refund, their e-mail address is not valid.
Total scammers.
(Expensive) Lesson: never buy anything from a facebook adverisement.

The garment was advertised as a 'sweater'. It is no such thing, but a thin synthetic shirt of poor quality. The company said it was UK-based, but given the delivery time, it clearly isn't.
I asked to return it for a full refund (also offered under a 30-day return policy), but they demanded four photographs before accepting any return. I also see exactly the same ad now under a new name. A total scam!

Bought a dog lamp they said they are closing down showed two women in their 60's holding a large glass cut dog lamp when it came it was a small plastic lamp with a usb connector It cosr me £39 same one on Amazon for £12

The only way this company can improve is by being shut down. The garment I received yesterday after nearly 3 weeks is a total embarrassment. Bears absolutely no resemblance to what was on the website. Cheap, nasty, vile synthetic crap that I wouldn't have even paid £5 for if I'd known. Straight in the bin.
