Chinese company

Chinese company, two dresses arrived today total rubbish I probably could have got the same from a market cheaper that don't smell like these. Please don't buy from this company!!!!!!! The postcode comes back as Brighton pier.

This website says it gives Free hassle free returns. When I ordered a dress I ordered the smallest size and it was too large . I asked how I could return it and they asked for photos. I sent photos and they just offered to send another size . When I said the size I ordered was too big and it was the smallest size they agreed that wouldn’t solve the problem but again refused to let me return the item. They just keep offering to send me another size if I send £14.99 to cover postage and refuse to let me return the item. It’s absolutely disgusting, the dress was of very poor quality also and not worth what I paid for it . I would never use this company, complete sharks and liars

Be very aware before you buy

Along with other reviewers this has been a disappointing shopping experience.

I don't want any of the items that arrived. They don't fit well and the shoes also smell very strongly of glue. I don't want replacements as they took so long to arrive they won't come in time for my holiday.

The returns policy says it's hassle free, so far that has not been my experience. The website says a copy of the email of proof of purchase will suffice, but in a reply I've been asked to send photos, videos and even a photo to show how things fit, and I quote...

If this is a sizing concern, it would be especially helpful if you could provide:

A photo of the actual item measurement (e.g., length, waist, etc.)
A clear photo of the size tag
If possible, a photo showing how the item fits

I'm not sending any photos of how items fit, I just want my money back, please!

I'm currently waiting for a reply to my request. To be fair they do get back, but it doesn't feel very straightforward.

I also tried the phone line which goes dead.

Extremely misleading

Extremely misleading, despite all the company info being in Brighton UK, my sandals were shipped from China, meaning longer delivery times.
On arrival, they smelt of glue, were extremely poorly made and definitely not Orthapaedic as advertised.
Two stars is because customer services do actually reply. However I already suspect return and refund will be a nightmare.
Beware of this name.
Phone number on website does not exist either!

The one shoulder cut instantly makes this dress stand out. It drapes smoothly across the body and has a luxurious feel without being heavy. I wore it to a formal dinner and it gave me a confident glamorous look.

Beige Sandals - Nightmare experience

Ordered sandals which took about 10 days to arrive (didn't know they were coming from China). Sandals were as they looked on the website but don't fit comfortably around the ankles so wanted to return them. After several emails back and forth on how to return them and get a refund, I kept being offered a discount on my next purchase which I didn't want, offers starting at 15- 45% off my next purchase I stated in my emails it was a stalling tactic on the company's part to not give a refund. Eventually, I had to fill out a long form and print it off and put it in the parcel and return it to Los Angeles, CA. I had already informed this company I don't have a printer! The cost to return the parcel which weighs just over 200g, is almost £20 and there is likely taxes and duty on top, this would almost right off the £29.95 I paid for the sandals. Definitely done to stop customers returning goods and thereby never getting a refund. When you buy from this company it doesn't state where you would have to return an item. Finally, the telephone number comes up as Sweet Tooth when trying to cal and the call drops straight away. I definitely wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole.

My this maxi dress has such a graceful…

My this maxi dress has such a graceful flow that it feels like it was made for summer evenings. The tiered skirt gives it movement and the neckline frames beautifully. I wore it outdoors and felt effortlessly elegant the whole night.

Ordered some orthopaedic shoes. Angela breathable.Pink material, sturdy soles, well made and comfy. Only suitable for summer days. Packaged well and they kept me updated as to shipping. And yes, shipped within 2 to 3 days. What they didn't say was that this is not a UK based company. By the time my comfy, well made shoes arrived, l was back from the seaside break I'd wanted them for. Can't fault the shoes and would have been 5 stars if l hadn't felt duped. Be honest about shipping times please. I was going to order a second pair of these shoes now I'm in no rush! Received an email saying they are locally based but source overseas. Lots of queries online re if it's an actual company or a scam. I think they are based in China and should say so. Will see what they say about this review. Bottom line, love the shoes but won't risk another order :(

I ordered some footwear that didn't fit…

I ordered some footwear that didn't fit properly so I am in the process of trying to arrange a return and refund. This is proving very difficult indeed. Every reply I get from customer support is trying to make me accept a replacement, which I don't want and have told them numerous times. I am now considering taking this matter to trading standards. They have a return policy that they clearly don't adhere to
