A very professional and ethical service
We used NewDoggy to get two standard dachshund puppies in 2019, from two different breeders. We were very impressed with how meticulous NewDoggy was in terms of making sure we got healthy dogs. Some of our original choices they cautioned us against once their veterinarian was able to examine the puppies. The two we got were in excellent health, very fit, and grew into healthy, smart, very active adult dachshunds. Sadly, our girl dachshund died a few months ago in a freak accident but we are going back to NewDoggy again to find a new companion for our boy dachshund as he has become lonely.

Excellent services
Our first family dog was from NewDoggy, and it was a terrific experience. Their service was excellent, they took care of all the details allowing us to choose the type and gender of the dog. The puppy got to stay with its mother until it was weaned, and she was fully vaccinated, potty trained, and micro chipped upon arrival. They walked us through the shipping process, and we got our dog in time for the New Year. I highly recommend their service. Three of my friends also used their services and were all very happy.

Total disappointment with the service…
Total disappointment with the service and quality.
They make promises they cannot keep and sell animals without providing the proper pedigree papers. In our case, the dog they sent suffers from bilateral abdominal cryptorchidism—a serious congenital condition that was never disclosed.
At first, they told us to wait and said they would discuss compensation if the issue persisted. Once it was confirmed by our vet, they offered a completely inadequate amount for such a costly animal.
This experience has been deeply upsetting. We strongly advise others to stay away from this company.
We have previously owned male German Shepherd dogs and never had a single litter. Therefore, the accusations made by Mr. G are entirely false. We will be proceeding with the necessary legal actions against his company.
Furthermore, we do not typically sterilize our dogs, but due to this congenital condition, we are now forced to do so. In all our past experiences, we have always received the pedigree documents at the time of purchase. Mr. G’s claims are misleading and appear to be an attempt to deflect responsibility.

Romel was sold strictly as a companion pet with a signed agreement explicitly excluding breeding rights (and therefore Export Pedigree papers, which are reserved for breeding-quality dogs). During our communications, it became apparent you intended to use him for breeding—a violation of our contract terms.
Regarding cryptorchidism: This is classified as a minor condition in pet dogs. While neutering is recommended (for which we offered €300 in goodwill support), it does not affect his health or quality of life as a companion. At delivery, Romel’s testicles were mobile, and we reasonably expected them to descend. Had he been sold as a breeding dog, we would never have released him without confirmed testicular descent and full health clearance.
We prioritize ethical breeding practices and animal welfare above all. Given the breach of contract and concerns about Romel’s intended use, we are withholding his national pedigree pending confirmation of neutering—a standard precaution in such cases. We remain open to offline discussion to resolve this matter amicably, as our primary commitment is to the wellbeing of our puppies and their families.

Our baby home
It was smooth from choosing the breed and the type of dog that I wants all the way to the delivery of Archie to my home. We were kept posted on Archie's development and progress of training. Archie arrived in good shape and settled in his new home.

Hong Kong family purchasing from newdoggy.
I live in Hong Kong and purchased my new puppy - a Bichon Frise through NewDoggy. Geza was very helpful in helping me find the perfect puppy for my family. He and his team have found the puppy with the best temperament which suits our family and lifestyle. We put our puppy through one month of training and when she arrived she was almost completely toilet trained, which helped with her settling in. Could not have asked for a better assistance in getting our little cocker spaniel Millie!
Initially we were very nervous about buying a puppy online as we had never meet the breeders. However the whole team has been nothing but amazing to deal with. Not only did they help us find the perfect puppy, but also arranged international flights, puppy daycare and the most fantastic nanny flew her all the way to us in Monaco.

We Love Our Dog, But the Process Was Disappointing
We’re based in the U.S., where dogs can only be imported at six months of age. Because of this, New Doggy had to care for our puppy from the time she was three months old until she was old enough to travel. While we’re incredibly happy she’s now with us and we truly love her, the overall experience with the service was disappointing.
The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. Once we had paid in full, it felt like the updates stopped. We had to reach out repeatedly just to get basic information about how our puppy was doing. If we didn’t insist on following up, we simply didn’t hear anything. At such an important stage in her development, that silence was incredibly stressful and left us feeling uncertain about what was happening on their end.
We also chose the Puppy Academy package, which is advertised as their most comprehensive training option. Based on their website—and multiple conversations—we expected a well-rounded level of care and socialization. We also sent a specific list of priorities that were important to us: short-leash walks, potty training, elevator exposure, and general city readiness.
While she arrived knowing how to sit and respond to recall, it was clear that many of the other points had not been addressed. She had never been in an elevator before and was terrified. She wasn’t potty trained and had only been walked on a long leash. While we understand she’s still very young and we didn’t expect a perfectly trained puppy, the basic socialization experiences that were promised would have made her transition much smoother.
We are absolutely in love with our dog and we’re fully committed to giving her the best possible life. But we do feel that the process—particularly the lack of communication and the gap between what was promised and what was delivered—fell short. If you’re considering New Doggy and expecting consistent updates or follow-through on training, we’d recommend managing your expectations or exploring other options.

We want to reiterate that we truly love Lizzy—she’s a wonderful dog, and we’re very happy to have her in our lives. Our feedback comes from a place of care and a genuine desire to share our experience honestly, especially given the level of investment and trust we placed in your service.
While we appreciate that you shared videos and photos, the communication during the key months of her development felt inconsistent. Often, we had to initiate contact in order to receive updates, and that made the experience more stressful than it needed to be—particularly after we had paid in full and were relying on your care from afar.
Additionally, we never received her registration or certificates, but the process had already been so exhausting that we didn’t feel we had the energy to keep following up. We simply let it go and focused on settling her in.
Regarding the training: we understand that puppies need time to adapt and that no dog is going to arrive fully trained. But many of the things we discussed—and that were highlighted in the Puppy Academy package—were not reflected in her behavior or experience when she arrived. Our feedback isn’t about expecting a “robot,” but rather that specific, agreed-upon goals weren’t followed through. For example, elevator exposure, short-leash walking, and potty training were all listed as part of her program and were also emphasized in our direct conversations—but were clearly missing. All of this has also been confirmed by the professionals currently helping us with Lizzy’s training.
We don’t doubt that you care for the dogs and made efforts on your side—we just wish the follow-through had matched the expectations set.

We understand that waiting for a puppy, especially when the import process involves a six-month wait, can feel like a long journey. Lizzy was lovingly cared for from the moment she was just a few days old, and we truly appreciate your patience throughout this time.
In terms of communication, we made it a priority to keep you informed with regular updates—38 videos (including training videos that cover apartment rules, commands, city walking, car travel, socializing, and playing with children and dogs), 22 profile photos. Despite this, we recognize that a puppy is not a robot, and the adaptation process requires reinforcement, which can only be fully carried out once she is with you. We also provided guidance on grooming, hair maintenance, and neutering (though we understand it wasn’t a consideration for you). Additionally, we held two 1.5-hour alignment calls and several shorter follow-up calls to ensure a smooth transition. Throughout the entire process, we offered almost unlimited WhatsApp communication, with all your questions answered immediately or, at the latest, within a few hours.
Regarding Lizzy’s training, we went beyond the one-month training package by keeping her with the trainer for an extended period to ensure she retained all she had learned, including full toilet training. We made every effort to prepare her as thoroughly as possible. However, as you know, the adaptation process requires ongoing reinforcement, which can only be fully achieved once she is settled into her new home. We understand that some of the expectations regarding Lizzy’s training and development may have exceeded what is typically achievable, but we want to reassure you that we put in our best effort to meet them. Even with additional attention, some aspects of her growth simply take time, and we are confident she will continue to thrive and flourish with your loving care.
We always follow a well-organized process and work closely with our trusted import brokers. However, we adapted to your specific requirements, even when they diverged from our usual practices.
All in all, we are thrilled that Lizzy is now with her forever family. We truly appreciate the time you’ve taken to share your thoughts, and we wish you many years of joy and love with her.

Our new family member
We partnered with Newdoggy to find our wonderful new family member, Luna, a small Maltipoo. The entire process was highly professional and thorough. It's clear that Newdoggy’s philosophy ensures that their dogs come from reputable breeders and are placed in loving, safe homes. Geza and Steve were incredibly responsive, always available, and kept us updated throughout.
As a Swiss citizen, I was initially skeptical about finding a dog online, but this experience proved that there are indeed trustworthy services available.

Excellent experience from start to finish
From start to finish, the experience with Geza and team was excellent. Living in Singapore, I was naturally apprehensive of getting a puppy from Europe without having met the breeder or the seller, but Geza was quite responsive and transparent about the whole process, kept me regularly updated about the process and formalities involved as well as about Waffle's growth.Waffle has brought so much joy to our family and I am thankful to the NewDoggy team for this.
