Great experience, very informative, very supportive
I was unsure where to start really on my search for our new family member. And the team at New Doggy made the whole experience seamless and full of information from start to finish. I was a little nervous especially when dealing with people in a different country, but after doing my research I knew I would be in safe hands and I honestly believe that I was. And my friend that have since bought their puppies from New Doggy also have had the same experience. I really can’t think the team enough and would recommend them highly to anyone wanting a healthy Happy new family member to join them

Hello my name is anaisa Guzman I’m from New Jersey I one day had contact newdoggy.com I have personally noticed they have a wide range selection of miniature chowchow puppies , I had immediately fell in love with Chico Which was a white cream, miniature chowchow puppy and he was only one years old . I had then made contact with the breeders themselves to arrange how we could get him delivered to New Jersey and how that process and procedure would be if he would need a passport and credentials to come and they were more helpful than ever the breeders they help me with a lot of Of the paperwork that is legit . At the time his name was Chico, but I then asked the breeders if it was OK that I could rename the dog Kodak and they were OK with that . I also got to receive pictures of Kodax when he was overseas playing in the backyard and I also got pictures of the specific food he need. They are very professional and helpful by helping families and couples. Find their soul dog. If you are interested in our looking into purchasing a dog I highly recommend this website. They are legit 100% all the way and will give you the best results that you were looking for any questions and concerns they’re willing to answer at all cost. I still to this. They have a very positive interaction with Kodax’s breeders. And I also send photos here and there to them as well, letting them know that he’s OK and he has been on a dietary supplement and his fur and coat have been pampered every single grooming appointment . And has been up-to-date with vaccinations as well. Again, the miniature chowchow’s puppies I highly recommend getting them because they are well trained the breeders themselves. Make sure that these dogs go out to pee and poop in a respectful manner and are also teaching them to use the PP pads. Their behavior overall is very professional with the dogs. And they love the dogs as well 100% so I highly recommend you should all check out this website and give them a review as well and you should also get in contact with Giza as he has helped me find Kodax Kodax for me and my family And I couldn’t thank him enough because he truly has made our home a happy and loving place 💙. Again, these miniature chowchow breeds are 100% and are legit . Very healthy puppy
Our puppy arrived very healthy and very much as he was described us to be. The team has been amazing in guiding us through the process of settling our dog with us and helping us learn and understand him after receiving him. As first time dog owners we have found it extremely helpful and have recommended them to many of our friends too.
Our puppy joined our family in Hong Kong.

Excellent and professional experience
Although we were nervous about ordering our dog online overseas, we were so happy without experience with New Doggy. The communication from beginning to end was excellent. We got clear pictures on the puppy we were going to get. we chose to do the Academy and it was the best decision we made because she arrived here potty trained, and used to being around people, traveling in a car, walking on a leash, and used to noise. They arranged all the paperwork and made sure that she had all her vaccinations to travel. And in the end we got our beautiful little maltipoo who is amazing and is the cutest member of the family.

Geza and his team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process of adopting our new family member. We were very nervous as we had recently almost been subject to a scam. Geza practically held our hand through the process and did everything he could to ensure I felt comfortable that they are a legitimate company. They are a legitimate company. They are very professional and good at what they do. They help you to match a pet to your requirements and allow you to speak with previous people they’ve worked with who have adopted pets. They also allow you to speak with the breeder of the dogs and we even got to see a live video FaceTime call with the breeder and our dog before we made any commitments to purchasing the dog. We were in Abu Dhabi at the time where as our dog was in Hungary. So the whole process could’ve been very scary and nerve-racking, but Geza and his team made it so that it wasn’t. The dog that we received from Geza is the best dog that we have ever had. He is incredibly well trained, extremely healthy and very obedient. He came to us already trained. I don’t know if that’s the standard or if it was because he was a little bit older than the typical timeframe for adopting puppies.He is a tiny, tiny little Yorky, who we love so much and who we would not have had had it not been for Geza. He connects people with high calibre breeders so that the pet you get is an excellent pet without issues. I will 100% use Geza again and I highly recommend him to anyone who is considering purchasing a dog. It is so hard to sift through all of the breeders out there, and Geza does that for you so you can trust that who he has are reputable breeders

Best experience ever
I purchased two French bulldogs from New Doggy some years back. The service they provided was excellent; their professional team behind the scene made sure everything goes smoothly. Even after the dogs arrived we stayed in touch and they kept checking on us, how are we doing. Many years passed but we are still in touch. What I love about them is that they CARE and RELIABLE. Agreement reached with compensation of a new puppy
After my initial review on NewDoggy regarding the sudden death of my poodle pup, Geza from NewDoggy has been in contact with me . After the submission of my pup’s post mortem reports and continued negotiations with Geza, I have finally arrived with a solution with NewDoggy. The company has agreed to compensate a new pup to me over the loss of my pup . I am happy that Geza has followed up with all my questions and concerns. I am hopeful that in time I will receive my new pup , but this is still a timely process and will require a great deal of patience from my part and continuous communications with Geza. In time , I will give another update to see if the company will continue to follow up with my compensation in good faith.

Recommended for first time pet owners
My friend got her dog from newdoggy and she highly recommended them. I'm a first time dog owner and I had A LOT of questions. Geza was very responsive and answerd all of my questions. He guided me through the entire process and everything was done in a timely manner. I was getting regular updates, pictures, and videos while we waited for our puppy to be old enough to travel. Our puppy arrived twow weeks ago with her vaccination book and paperwork, we also got her a basic training. She is a lovely and a happy puppy.

We have purchased an absolute gem of a puppy through this agency:) toy poodle Reishi 🥰 whom we love to PIECES. We were looking for a puppy from this breed for some time , spoke with different breeders, but when I saw the photo of Reishi at the new doggy website - I fell in love and immediately knew that this is a match for us. The whole experience was smooth , the guys were kind, responsive , helpful and overall they delivered good service . I could recommend them . They are knowledgeable about dogs and they care about the puppies that they deal with , they take good care of them. My puppy had ALL necessary vaccines , deworming treatment , my vet was impressed, she said my puppy is in excellent health condition. It’s cool that they have these extras in forms of additional training for the puppy (regular, advanced), we took the advanced one and we received feedback on how our puppy is doing . I think it was enough but for me personally I would’ve really liked to receive a bit more (pics and videos) of how exactly the training takes place, where exactly my puppy is sleeping and all that kind of stuff. I did ask for more info and they did deliver so I can’t complain:) the process of handing the puppy over to me went smooth and Nikolette helped me at the airport to get everything right , which was super kind and I appreciated that a lot . Overall - amazing experience , I’m very grateful and can recommend them to people if they want to buy a puppy . Maybe it would’ve been nice to receive a bit more guidance and info in terms of what I need to buy for the puppy and how often I need to cut his nails and what are some great, high quality snacks to buy for him, this type of info because I wanted to be very prepared for our puppy and I went and looked up a lot of info on my own through books, YouTube videos and also I had a consultation with dog expert which was VERY HELPFUL ! Fantastic door to door service Vienna to Hong Kong. Introduced us to an agent here in Hong Kong who also managed all of the paperwork and delivered to our door. Lots of pictures and videos. Excellent service. We are very happy with our new Russian Toy Terrier.

I worked with this company (Geza specifically) and it was the most amazing experience. He was always available to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease. We bought a cavapoo and we were even able to fly there and come visit the litter first. This is a very professional company to work with and I highly recommend using them!!
