You were fantastic right from the start with advice about the type of dog that would fit into our family with children in an apartment in Hong Kong, breeders, personalities of the puppies to advice after we received our puppy, how to settle her and training tips. Great team. Extremely professional. The 2 dogs I took from them (one 3 years ago, and a new one just now last August) are great dogs. Super healthy, balanced in their head and very cuddly and smart. We have just baught our second Golden doodle from NewDoggy and the experience was as good if not better this second time around.
In fact, we wanted another dog than the one we ended up with but after NewDoggy had him checked buy their vet and found a small deviation that could potentially have an affect on his helt in the future, they directly informed us and suggest to let them find another dog for us. Thank you New Doggy for your transparency and true professionalism!
It then only took a few weeks of searching, suggestions and discussions until we knew they had found us a dog we will love. The process was really good actually and changed our mind a bit on the color etc. We love our new family member and so does our 2 year old Golden doodle Fido. Milos temperament, color and size to be is the perfect complement. We are so happy and Greatful.

We got recommended New Doggy by my neighbour who got their puppy three years ago and I was absolutely impressed with how well trained she was. As first time dog parents we were not sure how and where to start but Géza and Tran held our hands from the start and patiently answered all our questions about various breeds that would suit our family. Once we finalized our puppy, we got regular and timely updates on her development and even though she was millions of miles away from us it felt like she was already part of our family. Her transfer to Hong Kong was handled very seamlessly too and we have been very impressed with how invested the team at New Doggy is in our Puppy even after she’s reached her home with us. It’s truly a 5 star experience with New Doggy . I got my papillon girl, Lola 5 years ago from them and was already impressed with their professionalism in helping to search for Lola. It was during Covid then with travelling very restricted but they managed to deliver via cargo on a timely basis. Their after sale service is even more outstanding, 5 years on , when I approached them recently to convert Lola’s pedigree which is required for agility competitions overseas, New Doggy stepped up again and went back to breeder to get the pedigree converted to export pedigree. It’s amazing that 5 years later I could still get such excellent after sales service from them !

Most stress-free experience one could ask for.
They spent time to understand us as a family / owner and patiently guided us through the selection process. Once we chose our Golden Retriever, we were sent health confirmations, and weekly updates on his health and behaviour.
Received our dog without a single hiccup. It was clear the dog had no fear and was treated well. Added bonus that he was toilet trained too.
We've had our dog now for 2 weeks. He is perfectly healthy, confident, and has good food drive and play drive. No issue with separation, or socialisation. He has been a treat to train and bond with.

We got our dog from NewDoggy
We got our dog from NewDoggy; she is a coton de tulear dog and she has become part of pur family. She has a great temperament and is super healthy, from great stock, she really is a fabulous quality animal who has truly become part of our family. NewDoggy were excellent every step of the way while organising her travel to Dubai, answering any questions we had about the whole process even after she arrived home to us. I cant recommend NewDoggy highly enough, the quality and care of their service is second to none.

Beyond Expectations - Truly Incredible Experience with NewDoggy
Our experience with NewDoggy has been absolutely incredible from start to finish. From the very beginning, during the search for our puppy, which lasted long but because they were really committed to find our dream puppy, to every single step of the process, they went above and beyond. Even after we had already chosen our puppy and everything was settled, the support kept coming! And that really surprised me in the best way.
Before our little one arrived, they were always available to answer every question, no matter how small. After his arrival, they kept checking in, sending messages to ask how he was doing, and offering tips and guidance on how to care for and educate him, which is priceless for first‑time pet parents like us.
I can’t recommend their service enough, really, really, really, really, really, really, really recommend it! A special thank you to Geza and Tran, who were amazing every step of the way.
The delivery process was also flawless with Kriszti. Our puppy arrived with all the documentation, passport, and vaccines in order. I felt completely safe and confident because it’s clear they are true experts at what they do.

That’s why we were just as committed as you were to finding "the one"—and oh my, did Gili turn out to be a stunner! (We might be biased, but those floppy ears and sweet eyes are hard to resist!)
Geza, Trân, and Kriszti are all grinning ear-to-ear at your shout-out—they adored working with you and seeing your excitement grow every step of the way.
