Terrible customer service; don't buy it, it's not worth it.
It lacks quality and they won't accept returns—do not buy this product.

Shirts are way undersized and the return policy is very bad.

Never received shirts. They gave me a false tracking number according to our local post office. No help whatsoever getting customer service to refund my order or send me what I bought. I reported their lack of customer service to my credit card company. Complete joke.

I wish I had read these reviews before I made my impulse purchase.

It's the same story: I received the shirts, they did not fit, I expected a simple return process, and was introduced to a never-ending cycle of hell.

The details asked to just exchange or return a shirt are excessive in today's world.

Like all other reviews here, ordered a shirt, the fabric quality is shit. Totally not wrinkle free shirt. The fit is not as advertised. Like another review said: merry go around with some customer care provider that would just shove you off with no refund. No afherence to eu regulation. SCAM

Do not buy from this company, total SCAM. Shirts are cheap, shiny knock offs with short sleeves, no effort even done to add brand on shirt. I got lured via LinkedIn ad, therefore mistakenly put trust in company. Adds not visible on LI anymore.
As quality was sub-zero I wanted to return them. Got into a merrygoround with 'customer service'. Asking me to take pictures & measurements of every little detail. Eventually they offered a 20% refund on 1 shirt (out of 3).
They do not care about or adhere to EU consumer protection laws.

DO NOT BUY THIS SHIRT! THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THE PRODUCT. CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING ANYTHING. HOW CAN WE MAKE THEM GO OUT OF BUSINESS?

The shirt made me itch. It didn't fit. I am ENRAGED!

Just got screwed by this company - they are impossible to deal with - Do not buy unless you just want to set your money on fire. Instead of receiving an actual XL shirt, I got a kids size.

I contacted their Customer Service after sales support to return the shirts because they did not fit my body size. I have long arms and small body size. Some shirts fit well, other shirts sleaves are too short for me. I have to fit them to be sure. After the request to return the shirts the Support team asked to provide all kinds of pictures, unboxing video's to proof my claim. And they had a time limit on providing the proof. I happened that I planned holidays so I told Support that I was not able to provide one missing picture in time and that I will make that after my holidays. When I returned from holidays my case was closed because I was not providing the proof in time. Horrible service for a high value shirt. They do not live up to their online Q&A statement "No stress. Just contact us and we'll help you make it right."

I ordered three shirts from Executive Basic based on the product descriptions and images displayed on their website. Unfortunately, the products I received did not meet the quality standards that were advertised.

The fabric quality of the shirts was significantly lower than expected. The material felt thin and inexpensive, and the overall construction and stitching did not reflect the premium or professional appearance portrayed on the website.

More concerning, one of the three shirts was made from a noticeably different material than the other two shirts, despite being part of the same order and represented similarly online. The fabric texture, appearance, feel, and color retention were inconsistent with the other shirts, leading me to believe that the product received was materially different from what was advertised.

When I contacted customer service, I promptly provided photographs of the products, the shipping label, and detailed explanations of the quality concerns. Rather than addressing the quality issues, the company repeatedly requested additional measurements of the garments, even though my complaint was not related to sizing.

Another concern is the lack of consistency in the company’s communications. While I placed my order through Executive Basic, the customer service representatives communicating with me used different names and email addresses that did not appear to originate from the executivebasic.com domain. This created confusion regarding who was handling my case and raised concerns about transparency and accountability in the customer support process.

As a customer, I expected products that matched the quality represented on the website and a straightforward resolution process when legitimate concerns were raised. My experience has been disappointing due to the product quality, inconsistencies between the items received, and the difficulty in obtaining a meaningful resolution.

I encourage prospective buyers to carefully review the company’s return, refund, and customer service policies before placing an order.

My wife ordered me 3 of these shirts. She verified the shipping address and when I got the 1st email regarding my order I notified them that our unit number was326 not 320.
When I got a reply from them I was told to contact the shipping company. They didn't tell me who that was or give me a phone number.
Their response now that the order is in New York not Portland Oregon is to place a new order and they get paid twice for a single order.
Stay away from Facebook and Instagram ads, they are all likely scams. Meta should not let scammers advertise on their websites.

I would echo what other reviewers have said about this being a scam. They have misrepresented the product which is nothing like the version advertised. The quality is very cheap, and fails the first test as it is very creased when unpackaged, which dismisses their no ironing claim. Complete sham

SCAMMERS - AVOID Absolutely disgusting people, no returns, no refunds, no exchanges - despite being an online retailer. Complete disregard for distance selling laws. They should all go to prison for deception, fraud and theft.

TOTAL SCAM - everything everyone else said. Cheap shirts, bad fit, no customer service - all lies. STAY FAR AWAY.

Bought three shirts from LinkedIn ad. Shirts are Asian no-label knockoff mailed from Lisa in North Bergen, NJ. Tried to return since size is way too small and company demanded numerous photos and video of opening package. Nothing in package or product had ,Executive Basic name. Company wants you to just give up and go away.

Seems to be the same story, actually the shirts are quite nice, the sizes however not accurate to the size guide wanted a exchange and it’s like a Spanish Inquisition, want multiple pictures of every shirt laid out and stretched one actually wearing it and picture of labels all I wanted was bigger size seems as mentioned in other reviews a scam, takes days to reply and only to ask for more pictures

I ordered a shirt, when it arrived it was supper shinny material not at all my style. I requested a return and their answer was (no defects, enjoy the shirt)

If I could leave zero stars, I would. If you want to be scammed with dirt cheap China rubbish, here you go! Forget about refund, they simply don't care and even tell you so. Sizes are rediculously small (two sizes smaller than what you would expect), material inferior, yet it would be a shame to plug up your toilette with this shit! Just don't waste anything on this company, you will regret it for sure.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! this company is an absolute scam and shirts are falsely advertised. If you do purchase good luck trying to get a refund due to their extensive refund process where you have to ensure evidence is captured from the moment you accept the parcel!! Everything from a video opening the parcel to measuring everything! Never in my life have I experienced anything like this before!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
