The booking process was quick and easy and examiner was polite and helpfull. Once the EPC survey had been completed the certificate arived quickly.

An appointment was made within a few days of me enquiring. The accessor turned up on time and was very efficient and pleasant. The certificate was available within two hours on line. Very pleased thank you

We had a epc carried out by Nationwide. Great communication and fast service. The engineer was very helpful.

Fast, great value and stress free experience.
Our Estate Agent suggested Nationwide EPC and what a helpful recommendation that was! Our visit was speedy and the certificate came back within 24 hours, and at half the price of other companies I'd found online. If only everything house sale related was that easy!
