booking was ok

booking was ok , but it moved, maybe the tenant, when done at the 11th hour it said on the portal urgent book it! However, office assisted and emailed the GSC to me.

EPC survey.

The booking process was quick and easy and examiner was polite and helpfull. Once the EPC survey had been completed the certificate arived quickly.

Awful experience

Awful experience. Booked the EPC online and paid £79, received a confirmation e mail that is where things went downhill. Next day I received no call from Nationwide EPC as promised to book an appointment. At 4pm after speaking to 3 different people, 2 failed return calls, being accused of having not ordered one or paid, I eventually got an appointment for 10am next morning. I got 2 e mails confirming 2 different assessors names would be attending🤷‍♂️. Next morning nobody came at 10am. Another 2 phone calls later someone arrived at 11.40am. No word of apology for being late or for the inconvenience and stress called. The actual assessment was somewhat rushed and amateurish, something I’m sure I could have done myself given a ticklish. Overall comment, the admin processes and Customer Service levels from Nationwide APC is appalling and needs looking at.

I am really, really sorry to hear about your experience, and I want to sincerely apologise for the stress, frustration, and inconvenience this clearly caused you. This is absolutely not the standard of service we aim to provide, and I completely understand why you are disappointed.

The issues you’ve described with missed communication, conflicting information, appointment confusion, and the late arrival of the assessor are unacceptable, and I am truly sorry you had to chase this so many times and deal with such a poor level of service. I also want to apologise that you didn’t receive the professionalism and reassurance you should have had throughout the process.

Your feedback has been taken very seriously, and we will be investigating this internally to understand exactly what went wrong so improvements can be made to prevent anything like this happening again.

Your representative was up to speed and he went around the house in a methodical manner. The results were issued the same day.

I have a couple of issues with the…

I have a couple of issues with the report, I have brought them to the attention of the inspector, but still not corrected. It is quite apparent the inspector has got it wrong!

The whole process went seemingly well…

The whole process went seemingly well with an easy online process that resulted in a convenient appointment.
The inspection was carried out in a professional manner with sufficient feedback to keep me informed & of any possible improvements that could be made.

It was a very easy process

It was a very easy process, however once I had paid I heard nothing for a few days and had to call, I was on hold for about 20 mins but once I got through to the lovely girl she sorted my query out and I was contacted almost immediately and the EPC was carried out within the next few days
