Aggressive sales
Sales are too aggressive. They provided me with the generic report after having the drawings only. They kept aggressively chasing for the invoice for the useless consultation.
Only later they offered to speak to a consultant and discuss the issues directly.
I would recommend to have someone local instead.
Hope they may be more helpful with the testing and I will be able to amend the review

Hi David, addressing your concerns about your rating is our top priority, and we are committed to resolving them.
I understand that you are unhappy with the rating that your property received, this is understandable, however I would like to inform you that as energy assessors, we do not choose the rating of your property. We collect and input data about your property into government approved software (the use of which is a requirement of all EPC accreditation bodies). The rating is created by the EPC software, based purely on the information about your property entered, which is standard practice enforced across the industry.
If you feel that the information recorded about your property during the site visit is incorrect, we are always more than happy to review this or discuss any other aspect of the report, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.
