Brilliant boards12mm backer board. Used under flooring in our new conservatory.
They went down easily providing a very level flat surface for the flooring.

Had an issue with an underfloor heating mat nothing to do with the quality it was the size.
Contacted Nassboard via email got a response within the hour everything sorted within 2 hours.
Martin a tech was helpfull and very easy to talk too.
I’ll still be buying from this firm no problem.

I ordered for next day delivery, it’s day 3 and still did not receive my order.

I have purchased several items from Nassboards. All their products are of good quality, competitively priced, and they offer excellent after-sales support.

I wanted a wet room floor and tanking kit. The price was cheaper than anywhere, even our plumbing and building suppliers.
The items where delivered the next day. The quality is perfect. They did miss a waste trap and I emailed and received a call from Martin who apologised, and shipped it out foc the next day. You can't ask for any better service. I will definitely be going back to purchase again. It's good to know there are still some companies whos products and customer service are second to non.

Excellent customer service

I ordered the wrong tray and got in touch with Nassboards.
A very helpful man called Martin resolved the problem and replaced the board with the correct one at no extra cost.
