As advised you ordered from a Multi variation listing and paid and selected a 1 Litre bottle. If you want a 5 Litre Item send back the icorrectly paid for item and reorder the more expensive item

Great shower trays
Great shower trays. We fitted 6 on a prestigious multi million pound new build. Easy to install. Trimmable to size. Tiler likes the tray material and the tile in waste caps. Great customer service. Will definately use again.

Poor customer service
Bought a tanking kit for £180. The instructions mentioned orange corners (none included) just regular ones? Also mentioned using floor tile adjust to fix the tape but tape had self adhesive backing. Rang them and was told they only do enquiries by email. Said I just wanted a quick word because I was ready to fit it. Was told quite rudely that email was the way they communicated! I emailed on the 10th of June 2026 at 11.00. No reply all day- still waiting. Poor service for £180 product. Wouldn’t use

can you email me at please at enquiries@nassboards.co.uk as i would like to Resolve however. The colour of corners has changed but the newer corners are easier to fix product and the tape has been changed to a self adhesive tape backing rather than having to fix with an adhesive.
