Superb
The team were professional, courteous and empathetic when I lost my boy. They were with me within 2 hours even thought it was a Saturday night. His ashes returned to me within a week. Ordering was easy, communication was great. Can't fault this team. Hopefully you don't have to use them a lot, but when that time in your pet's life comes, My Pet Farewell are your go to people.

In an obviously difficult time saying goodbye to my 12 year old bright eyed Daisy, i cannot recommend MyPetFarewell for helping to make a traumatic experience a little easier to deal with. Their communication was prompt, clear and they go the extra mile (literally in our case). Thank you!
