The Service from Vetsathome far exceeded our expectations from the moment I made the difficult call to Katherine. She listened to me, then she explained everything. I was immediately put at ease. I knew that our beautiful 19 years old Misty would get the absolute best send off.
Communication was faultless throughout the whole experience!
Katherine is such a sensitive and kind person who made saying our Goodbyes to Misty much less painful that it might have been if we had made the journey to the vet!
When the day came, Juan the Lady Vet arrived on time. She didn’t disturb Misty where she layed, gave her a little examination. she really took her time : nothing was rushed, she gave us space A little while later, my husband took Misty onto his lap..She was given a sedative first; once we felt ready the Juan very gently did what she had to do; the procedure was painless. Juan didn’t rush us at all even at the end. The send off was very very sad but beautiful which will remain in our memory. Misty was loved a lot and deserved this Dignity.
The Family run Cremation company service chosen by Katherine was seamless: was well coordinated and the young lady was so caring and sensitive! Again we were given plenty of time before Misty was placed by my husband into a cosy basket and taken away by the young lady who is incidentally also called Katheryn.
What an amazing service.
Then we received a card with kind words from Vetsathome as well as some seeds to plant in Misty’s memory.

Saying goodbye to Bear was the hardest thing we have ever had to do, but having the procedure done at home made a devastating day peaceful. Kathryn and Dr John were absolute angels. They treated Bear with the utmost dignity, and their incredible kindness supported us through every moment. We are forever grateful for their amazing care."

Saying goodbye to Harry was one of the hardest things we have ever had to do, but the care, compassion and kindness we received made an unbearable day a little easier.
From the moment you arrived, you treated Harry with such gentleness and respect. You gave us the time and space we needed, never rushing us, and ensured that Harry was comfortable, relaxed and surrounded by the people who loved him most.
Your empathy towards our family was incredible. You understood how much Harry meant to us and treated him not just as a pet, but as a cherished member of our family. Because of your calm and caring approach, Harry’s final moments were peaceful and dignified, and for that we will be forever grateful.
Thank you for helping our beautiful boy leave this world with the same love and dignity that he brought to our lives every day. We will never forget your kindness at such a heartbreaking time.

Excellent service, looked after us in every way during this sad time

They were all very supportive at the hardest time of our lives they really made us feel comfortable also being the first time having this happen at home it was such a great experience

Our cat was 20. He always hated being put in a basket and taken to the vets surgery. When it came to the end of his life he was very frail and we didn't want to do that. Having a caring vet come to the house to end his life peacefully on my lap was the best we could do for him. The vet who came was empathetic and understanding. When she left we were able to spend time with him and bury him in the garden. Having the vet come to the house made a very sad occasion less stressful for us all ( especially our cat)

Vets at Home were kind, compassionate and highly professional - everything was explained clearly and arranging the appointment was very straightforward.
The vet, Dr David, was wonderful with our 17-year-old cat Ben, he treated him with such kindness. He guided us through the whole process, reassuring us that it was the right decision. Ben passed peacefully in my husband's lap—his favourite place—with very little discomfort.
Dr David also took the time to acknowledge that, by adopting Ben when he was already 11 years old, we had given him a second chance at a happy life - those words meant a great deal to us in that moment.
And today, we've received a handwritten card with a personalised message and some seeds to plant in Ben's memory - a really thoughtful gesture.
We can't thank Vets at Home enough for helping us say goodbye to Ben with such care, compassion, and dignity. 🐈‍⬛

I honestly cannot put into words the support and help we got from vetsathome. Kathryn was so patient and supportive explaining everything as we went through it. She arranged everything and kept me updated as each stage happened even letting me know when the vet was delayed. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr John who not only talked us through what was happening but reassured us that we had made the correct decision helping our boy. It was the most peaceful passing and far less stressful than being in a vets office. Our boy was surrounded by family in familiar surroundings knowing he was loved. Cannot recommend this service highly enough xx

From start to finish they made a very difficult situation easier to deal with. Constant reassurance throughout explaining every step.
The vet was very compassionate throughout. I would recommend them to handle what is a truly sensitive time.

Contacting Vets at home was so easy and they went out of their way to accomodate all of the family being available to spend time with our cat Bailey. We had 17 good years and it was immensely hard and deeply sad to make the decision but quality of life was rapidly deteriorating. Vets at home were caring and considerate and 100% professional. When the time time came our Vet Dr.Robert was so incredibly supportive having experiencing loss himself and the process was carried out with next to no discomfort what so ever for Bailey in his passing. I would highly recommend Vets at Home for a personal and professional farewell to your loved ones. Even the aftercare with personal messages and cards was such a heart warming touch and it meant alot. So a BIG thank you to all the Vets at Home staff for being so caring and show ing such kindness at this difficult time. ❤️

Absolutely fabulous service at a very difficult time, there was no way I could face sitting in the vets waiting knowing I wouldn’t be leaving with my dog. Vets at home made the whole experience much easier for both my dog & myself, he went to sleep in his own home on my knee & the experience was very peaceful, a very professional & compassionate experience.

Jennie and the team at pet euthanasia people have been absolutely fantastic.
I unfortunately had to have my much loved girl indie pts due to cancer, I didnt want indie scared when she needed me most and contacted jennie at pet euthanasia people. Jennie was so very thoughtful and kind and arranged for a lovely vet Dr sam to come and visit us at home.
Jennie took the stress away for us as a family by arranging the whole sad day. Our family and indie were treated with kindness, thoughtfulness and respect and the whole team were extremely understanding. As im a single person finances are very tight and fortunately we were able to pay in installments taking the stress of finances away from what was already a heartbreaking situation. Indie passed very peacefully at home surrounded by love and a very caring Dr Sam, we were given plenty of time to say goodbye to indie, then a lovely man from gentle paws pet crematorium came to collect indie for her final journey, again with great sympathy and respect.
As jennie and the team arranged everything it completely took the stress away from us as a family who were too emotional to think straight.
Euthanasia is not a pleasant experience as we all know, but jennie and the team made it much more bare able throughout the whole process, arranging everything, payment and follow up offers of sympathy and care towards us all. I can honestly say what a dignified end my beautiful girl had. I will be forever greatful to jennie, the team and doctor Sam, they are all such lovely, kind sympathetic people. I still have other pets at home, but when the time comes, I will be contacting pet euthanasia people as they made what was an very sad emotional time bareable. I cannot thank them enough, highly recommended. Thankyou jennie, the team, Dr Sam and gentle paws crematorium for being so thoughtful and kind to us all and especially my beautiful girl, I will forever be extremely greatful. I also relieved a lovely card afterwards expressing sympathy to us all.

In the most painful time vetsathome helped us know we had made the right decision for our Cat they were so helpful kind and supportive throughout the most difficult situation. I would recommend this company and if ever we need to we would go back to them.

I can’t thank you enough for sorting out Billy’s euthanasia last Wednesday with Dr Rikus so compassionately. He looked after Billy in such a calm and kind way.
Billy passed away quietly on his cushion on the sofa next to me, with his sister Bonnie laying close up next to him. That gives me great comfort, knowing he didn’t suffer at the end. It was so peaceful.
I will definitely come to you again when needed. Thank you again and for the lovely card and forget me not seeds. It really means so much xx 🐶💙

A really easy to use service, my first contact was Dawn fantastic customer service so understanding and caring. The whole team was empathetic with my situation. One of the worst days of my life. I would recommend the Pwt Euthanasia People to anyone who finds themselves needing these ser ices. Dr Sonia too was kind caring and so understanding . Go Jennie and team.

We can’t thank Vets At Home enough for the kindness, compassion and dignity they showed our girl during her final moments. Making the decision to let her go was the hardest thing we’ve ever had to do, but being able to say goodbye in the comfort of her own home made such a difference.

After making the most heart wrenching decision, I contacted The Pet Euthanasia People who were extremely kind and understanding. Arrangements were made swiftly and at my chosen time. Robert, a very kind vet from Brooklands family vets arrived and was so gentle and put my mind at rest, he was empathetic and I felt at ease knowing I had someone there at the end who truly understood my pain. He was efficient without seeming formal. I was not rushed at all. I would always choose at home euthanasia as the stress and coldness of a clinic for me, is unbearable. Hopefully I wont need to use their services again, but if I do, I will definitely give them a call.

Due to our lovely Molly deteriorating, all of a suden , and not wanting her final moments to be stressful by taking her to the vets we had planned to have her put to sleep at home. Unfortunately the company that i had previously liased with, could not attend. Vets at Home was recommended by another company to me, they contacted myself and all i can say " Fantastic " .
They came the same day & Dr Sam was wonderful, very caring and did not rush the process. Each stage was explained and she completed each stage at our pace.
We could not have received a better goodbye for our wonderful dog of 17 years.
Stress free for her .
A few day's later a card arrived from the company & a packet of Forget Me Not seeds, which was a very thoughtful touch & much appreciated.
