Really good service during a difficult time. It was a Sunday and same day was available. A delay in the timing meant a longer wait than anticipated. Lovely people doing a very difficult job.

Fantastic service
From the devastating moment I lost my baby this company came to my aid!
They collected her within a few hours, brought a lovely box to put her in.
The guy that picked her up was very friendly and respectful.
I now have my baby back a week later in her personalised casket.
Even when I had questions the communication was brilliant.
At such an awful time feeling like she was looked after really made a difference. I would highly recommend my pet farewell. Thank you

The Gentleman that came to collect our pet was very caring and respectful.Ashe were returned within the week.Presented in a white box.The wooden box for the ashes was of good quality.The price was fair.The only criticism I have us that it would have been better if the staff were in uniform.

The booking was smooth and I knew what to expect up to the time of collection. Delivery has been rocky and I have not been able to collect my pets ashes from the postal service yet. Sharing the tracking number with the confirmation of the delivery would have been useful to avoid missing the delivery.

Compassionate and fast service for my beloved cat. I sent the message around 8pm by 10pm they were at home, picking my cat up, and helping me determine costs too. A week or so later, the ansges were returned directly to my asdress. Amazing service, thank you.

I stumbled upon this company the morning after my pet passed as she died unexpectedly. The company was absolutely amazing. Quick responses and collection times. The person who came to collect our dog was very kind and compassionate. I cannot thank them enough for their support during such an emotional time.

Compassionate and Professional Service in a Difficult Time
I am very grateful to mypetfarewell.com for the way they handled everything with such compassion and care. They acted quickly and came on time to receive the body of my dog, allowing me to place her in the container myself, which meant a lot to me. Their team was so compassionate and empathetic throughout the process.
The service was excellent — they even made beautiful paw prints for me to keep, and when they sent the ashes by registered post, they also created a lovely memory with a photo I had given them. These thoughtful details brought me comfort at a very difficult time.
I truly appreciate everything they did.

Saying goodbye to a pet is one of the hardest things I have had to go through. When using Mypetfarewell, the care, support and compassion given throughout the process was more than I could have asked for. The ability to contact at any hour and have a response, know the exact timing of cremation and the ability to have my pet taken away in a personal wicker basket helped with my grieving processes. I knew she was given the respect throughout. I had her ashes back within the week and would recommend this company to everyone.

Communication was poor
Communication was poor. The chap that collected our pet was lovely & very respectful, but other than that this service was most disappointing. We were not told when the cremation would be, or when the ashes would be returned. Once I had chased the company, they were with us within 24 hours, but I got the feeling he was just forgotten about, which makes me feel very sad.
