From booking to have my tyre looked at and then having the lovely Mikaela getting the tyre out of my car for me.
Being informed about what needed to be done and then collecting my new tyre, the experience was first class

The customer service at Southland were fantastic!
Recently I had a flat tyre and they were able to fit a brand new tyre for me at very little notice which I greatly appreciated.
The service person on the desk was polite and helpful and from have a flat to getting it fitted and ready to drive home was only a hour or slightly more.

The person that addresses my issue, Michaelia (apologies for spelling!) was absolutely fantastic. Not only recognising the extenuating circumstances around the problem, but truly going above and beyond to resolve. Amazing professionalism and courtesy displayed.
