I owned a Nissan for several years and always took it to MyCar in Casuarina NT, I never had any problems. A year ago I changed cars and now I have an MG. They did its six-month service, and on Friday, April 17th, I took it in for its annual service. The customer service is excellent. Keep up the good work!

I have been a loyal mycar customer for…
I have been a loyal mycar customer for years, I found them to be honest about the work that needs doing to my car. While waiting for my car to be ready, (I was early) a young girl came in for a tyre, she asked about the spare, and who would put it away for her. The man serving her was very helpful and told her that they would swap everything and put the tyre away, she asked if that would cost more, he explained that no it wouldn't. another customer came in and was asking about all the things another garage had told her that were in need of fixing, he explained that they checked everything, and said that it was all fine and didn't need fixing at all. We all walked away happy with the service we got!!

Friendly service with a good…
Friendly service with a good conversation with the mechanic on what was wrong and was fixed. Also let us know of potential futures that did not need fixing now but to keep an eye on.
