To be honest the guy that served me was a bit rude. Spoke over me and was dismissive.

great location , easy parking , great customer service when I called explaining the situation they said it needed a tow the vehicle was undriveable and to bring it down straight away and we will expertly diagnose it , which was not omly great but excellent because with other car places you have to book in weeks ahead , diagnosed the problem ordered the part and the car was driveable the next day great service

Matt and the team from the Southland store had us all sorted from the moment we walked in the door, he gave us a good update on what was required before proceeding and had the cars ready on time. Great experience.

It could have been a 5 if the wheels weren't misalligned after the service. I appreciate that the rear brakes were checked and i now have a target date to replace them but now at 80km my car has a horrid wobble. Otherwise the service is excellent.

Took my car there for a logbook service with two requests of things that I wanted to be quoted to fix (back door is broken and central locking) Dropped it off at 8am then was called at 10am outlining some issues with the car - which was fine. Picked up the car at lunch and had a list of abbreviations from the mechanic of issues with the car that I didn’t understand. No quotes on the issues I originally brought up. The girl recommended I stop driving the car due to its issues and they would have held onto it if they could. It’s a 30yo 4x4 so I understand there’s issues but I was hoping to get a breakdown of issues with it and prices to have it repaired. It’s been 9 days and I still am yet to get any proper invoice. Just feel like if you tell someone to stop driving the car you should provide them with a fix instead of radio silence.

Friendly greeting. I waited in Southland while they dealt with my car and they contacted me with a query which was resolved The service was completed quickly. As I’m an aged pensioner they brought the car to me and I was home in no time

Michaela in the front office really supported me with my dads old car, found parts no longer available, and did a good deal.
Mechanics really know how to explain the issues in layman’s terms, so easy to understand.
Prices quoted were reasonable.
