I'm a an old codger with limited understanding of motor cars so when my car got sick I was vulnerable. However not only did I receive a professional assessment and then agreed to repair as scheduled it was the TRUST of not being taken advantage of which qualifies for 5 a gold star rating.

Exceptional service…
The team (Matt) at MyCar Southland kept me updated throughout the day on what was required on service of my car. I thought it was exceptional service and I appreciated that. Helped to calm my nerves on the expected expenses so I wouldn’t be in too much shock to see the invoice.
