Stickers hard to remove and poor delivery service
The product itself was as described but the stickers at the top and bottom of the walking stick is very hard to remove and leave a sticky mess. But I am not happy with the delivery, it was just left at the front door with no way of knowing it was delivered as I was at work. Someone could just take it

Tha supply of a new battery took longer than indicated due to the choice of courier. Advise regarding a problem with the wheelchair was no different to that which I researched online. Had to resort to tga whill.

What a fantastic company to deal with
What a fantastic company to deal with, I can’t recommend them highly enough. It took a while to convince my dad to get a scooter but once he met James he was convinced, he was so informative, respectful, patient and knowledgeable, the scooter was delivered swiftly in time for our holiday and he has answered a lot of pre purchase questions. This company have been amazing, the scooter is perfect for his needs and it has really opened up his life again getting him out and about. Thank you so much

Seems to be a great company to deal with
Very patient and friendly throughout and not at all pushy.
I was dealt with professionally and courteously at all times. I had to make/recieve a follow up call the next day and that was dealt with just the same. Thank you guys.

Really nice to deal with
Really nice to deal with, very communicative generally and informative. The only issue was a delay to delivery, not the 3-5 days but 6 then two days later after that. Also delivering at 7.15am for a +90 yrs old was not ideal !
Everything else good, better value than all other competitors.

Missing parts
Delivery was very quick however a week later the lock box is still missing. This was the main reason I brought this particular scooter to carry my medical equipment safely and secured

It was unfortunate that stock was low and I had to wait for delivery longer than expected, however the communication from mobility co was excellent keeping me up to date with the situation. When the product was available delivery was excellent. The product delivers excellent quality. I will certainly recommend this company.

Cook and clean without adaptations
I was in spinal rehab when I ordered and paid for my riser wheelchair. I saw the restrictions of a manual chair and hoped my independence would evolve with the correct equipment. Spinal rehab ot try to steer mdse away from purchasing any wheelchair mainly not measured to me and cushion performance. I wanted a riser to reach cupboards to look down on surfaces to cook and clean without adaptations to my kitchen. This wheelchair did all that I wanted. Mobility company gave no judgement no fuss service and delivered to my door on delivery day. The chair itself has an excellent captains chair. Drawbacks are transfers the arm when up has metal dynamics under neath that started to bruise my back we over came this with a removable blanket padding the area. Also not having side supports lije a regular manual chair I found my legs would splay outwards. We bought padded leg strapping to deal with this. The wheels slide on my ramps also quite concerning just to go into the garden. But tbh I use my chair more tgat the manual as pressure sores do not appear and with a blanket on the seat I don’t get a red posterior.
