Don't try ordering online make sure you verify your purchase with an advisor, I placed an order for titan fwd powerchairs paid £1195.99 which was taken straight away from my bank and awaited my next day delivery. It didn't appear nor on day 2 so I phoned and had to wait a call back to find the order is awaiting a dispatch date 6 to 8 weeks time. The advisor said they didn't know why they were not informed and I would have to wait for my refund or I could wait for the product to be available. If I wanted to wait that long I would not have expected to pay anything until I received it. I am now in limbo with no chair and no money this is not acceptable.

The company was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.The wheelchair performs very well and was easy to use.The wheelchair looks as new, perfect considering it is secondhand.
The delivery company was late with delivery, however the man was very good and helpful, he demonstrated the chair well and ensured we were happy with it.

I purchased my Meyra Optimus 2 electric wheelchair from Mobility Co, and although there were some delays and uncertainty during the process, I am very grateful for the support I received.
Mobility Co provided me with an ex-display Optimus 2 while waiting for my new chair, which made a huge difference as I rely on my wheelchair for my independence.
Communication could sometimes have been clearer, but they worked with me to find a solution and I now have a wheelchair that has genuinely improved my quality of life.
