We’ve recently had an offer accepted on a property through this estate agent, and so far the experience has been excellent. Freddie has been especially helpful, always responsive and quick to answer any questions we’ve had.

Isabel for everything she’s done in handling my boiler situation. From the start she’s been incredibly proactive making sure things were dealt with as quickly as possible and consistently staying in touch with the landlord on my behalf. What really stood out was how she kept me updated every step of the way. I was never left wondering what was happening. She made sure I was informed and reassured throughout the whole process. It’s clear she’s been doing everything in her power to get this resolved, and thanks to her efforts, things are now finally moving forward with proper fixes in place. I truly appreciate her dedication professionalism and the care she’s shown. She’s been amazing through it all an absolute legend.

They book you in on the day of viewings (it was this particular day only) to than have a text message to say viewing cancelled due to being let. Turns out they done viewings on another day (this wasn’t told). Surely you let everyone interested view the property and than open applications. Not just take first come first serve. Awful service. Heard rumours about Michael Jones but thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Turns out rumours were true.

We had a property inspection by Joseph Oakley and he was really helpful with answering some questions I had about our property!
He was very friendly and happy to help.

Georgia has recently been assigned to my account for maintenance issues and she has been fantastic. She is responsive, efficient and friendly…an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Jack Cottingham was extremely helpful, professional and took time to explain aspect of the property for sale. should be able to leave 10 star rating!!

Daisy Parkin has been an excellent communicator with us at 21 Kings Walk, Shoreham Beach.
She has regularly kept us informed with any changes and
liaised with us well with any concerns we have raised.
Its been a difficult situation for us all here in a year of uncertainty regards the sale of the house to be served our notice after 10 and 20 years of living in harmony as neighbours.

Super efficient and always keep me in the loop re viewings and feedback.
Nice touches re contact by phone and meeting in person is high on my list as I an a bit old school and the personal touch works better for me as opposed to only email.

Sue Harris is our manager and she is brilliant! Whenever there is a query with another department, she is on to it straightaway and sorts it out for us. We are so thankful that we have her to keep an eye on things. We appreciate her vast experience of the property world and her pleasant manner.

Having a personal property manager is such a good idea and Sue Harris has been so very helpful over the years and I know if there are any issues I can always contact her and get a response to any query. It is good having one contact point you can just that person to sort things and she always calls back quickly.

This was a very difficult purchase, with lots of unexpected issues. Jane Tomlinson was our point of contact, and she was incredibly helpful throughout. When things got particularly stressful, she was warm and empathetic, and really listened to my concerns. Her experience shone through, but also that she genuinely cared. She stepped in practically, to encourage solicitors on both sides, and worked as a team with them to meet the rapidly approaching deadline. She kept us up to date, and always called back promptly when I left a message. Incredibly, we finally exchanged just a few days before the mortgage offer ran out. Buying and selling is not easy these days, but Michael Jones were excellent, particularly Jane, and I would fully recommend their services.

Throughout the marketing and sale process of my father’s flat, Darren and the team at Michael Jones in Goring-by-Sea were attentive, courteous, and professional. We have been working with Jack Cottingham at the Worthing office and I could not give higher praise. He will put everything into finding a deal that works for both sellers and buyers so that it goes through. His attention to detail is fantastic. He follows briefs perfectly and takes the time to understand the requirements of all parties. Besides that he is personable and very straight forward to deal with. When selling or buying property in Worthing I think it is a mistake to not make him one of your first calls.

I have been dealing with Isabella Whitman, of Michael Jones’ Worthing office, during our move to a new rental property.
