Just thought I’d put a comment on here to say how disappointed I am in the service, I’ve not heard from my contact for a while now after him saying he would call me. Cameron has not been too helpful and when I did manage to get him on the phone I felt very rushed like I was bothering him. Maybe it’s because I am not going for the most expensive house I don’t know but not very happy at all. Also calling me Ben instead of Benjamin at times without permission as I hate that was not the best feeling too.

CHARTERS ESTATE AGENT ARE NOT FOLLOWING THE GOVE RULES IN LETTING THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANYONE ON BENEFIT BUT THE ARE VIEWING EVERYONE WASTING PEOPLE TIME KNOWING THEY ARE NOT SUITED FOR THE PROPERTY TAKING PERSONAL DETAILD FROM VIEWERS DEGRADING PEOPLE ON BENEFIT SUSSEX

Recently I went through a change of tenancy process, where the tenant in my property checked out and the new tenant moved in. We needed to redecorate the flat in between the time and we had only quite a short time to do this. Millie Shrimpton, the property manager looking after my property in Southampton, handled the process efficiently, making sure the property is ready on time for the new tenant. Thank you, Millie. Very happy with the service.

Kate A at Charters Preston Park was marvellous. She gave me great confidence throughout the process and was so can-do. This was important to me as I have had bad experiences with estate agents before but she was brilliant. Ollie L from the lettings department was also great, providing support to me and gaining information whe asked promptly and professionally

Charters were great during the search, but what really stood out was the tenacity and patience shown by Jo (Charters' Progression Manager) who took over after the offer was accepted to keep everything on track during what was, at times, a pretty tricky conveyancing process. I own a 1 bed flat in Southampton which is let and fully managed by Charters, Fareham. I have recently had cause to visit the flat with the tenant in situ, as a result of the six monthly surveyor site visit carried out in August. Harry Fisher at the Fareham office has been an excellent intermediary, liaising directly with my tenant to arrange a convenient time for me to visit to assess the necessary redecoration work. Harry has always responded to my telephone calls and has arranged for quotations from tried and trusted suppliers for the works required. Nothing has been too much trouble and he has managed the redecoration work from start to finish keeping me informed at all stages. I am very grateful for all his help. He has an excellent telephone manner and is extremely competent in his role.

We are very impressed with Charters Alton's branch for the sale of our property. They have produced a very professional sales brochure in a short time. Their staff are always very helpful and nothing is too much for them they will always respond quickly to any queries in a very professional way.

Very quick response to a burst waterpipe in our property which happened on a sunday night are were replaced the following afternoon. Efficient communication from the agency kept me up to date.

Charter’s have been excellent. As a tenant I have found them to be attentive, responsive and extremely professional. Would recommend
