I am wanting to attend an in-class CEC workshop for V2 Max Professional reformer. It's been hard to get thorough in-person training on this versatile piece of equipment. I've owned mine for a while in my Pilates' studio & don't use it enough. I'd like to finish my Re-Hab specialty track. Also, like to know more about the sale of Merrithew. Thank you

Good product and service, web payment a little awkward
Good quality product that arrived quickly after the initial problem with billing and payment. I've had this issue shopping on your site before, and this is the only reason I didn't give a 5 star review. Sales rep was excellent in getting the issue resolved.

An excellent shopping experience
Konstantin Fliegel replied promptly and organized everything just as we had arranged. The costs were exactly within the budget he had estimated. Our Pilates Reformer was delivered in perfect condition and fully assembled. We are very pleased!

Something needs to be fixed.
I ordered my reformer mid-July. After I approved the shipping costs I never heard another word. I emailed multiple time to check on my order. I was brushed off and ignored. My area rep was of no help. He let my order get shuffled around. I expect more from a company I invested so much money in. I was about to cancel my order and purchase a reformer from another company.

Too expensive!!!
The quality is ok but book is way too expensive. You pay 1000’s for the class and then Merrithew traps you in to spend more on the book. Then the testing fees. It is a money making scam.
