I ordered the crossbow for the jumpboard. The order was filled very quickly by Merrithew. The shipping company delayed the shipment by a couple days and the box was very beat up and half opened. Luckily it was not damaged. I absolutely love it. It can be used in so many different ways and the quality is excellent

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service representative. There was quite a few hurdles from my end (i.e., ai bank mistake, question about when the delivery would arrive and size of packaging since I was moving my location) and the Merrithew representative was super responsive, professional, kind and knowledgeable making what would otherwise be a challenge an ease to do business with.

Terrible service. Lack of communication and waiting over 6 weeks.

Cian was outstanding. His commitment to customer service was over the top and he went out of his way to assist me with my order. I have found Stott in general to be difficult to order/schedule/register with for classes so the purchasing process where I had a direct number to call helped a lot. I have been a faithful Stott Pilates instructor for decades. Having done all of my education in English, and now living and teaching in Quebec, I was looking for translations for the names of exercices. I called the head office and used the extension for the education support department. The person on the line told me that she did not have any information that sort of information. She told me to call the accessories extension, but was unable to transfer me. I called back and used the mentioned extension. That person told me that she knew nothing about this information, as well. She then told me that she would transfer me to someone who could help. Once transferred, I found myself back with the education support line (one has to laugh a bit here). That person then told me that she was confused why the accessories employee would transfer me back to her and said that there was nothing they could do. Basically, the two were "unhelpful, and useless." I then decided to simply google the information online. I was surprised to find that a simple Google search showed me that a book exists on your site that I could purchase: Sur tapis et Reformer. I bought it and have since received it (through no help from any of your employees). I just found the entire experience . . . SAD.

Great products seamless purchase

I chose Merrithew as the Merrithew website described the reformers as silent. Noise was the number one factor in my choice and then quality and it is excellent quality. It is pretty noisy - I reported this to Merrithew and the first time I was told having sent a video that the noise was normal, it sounds like metal on metal - the second time/ different person they said it did sound a little noise and sent me new rollers ( the machine was brand new). ! added the new rollers and still it is a very noisy machine. I wish I had bought the Align that I had done previous classes on as it was silent in comparison. So, a big purchase and I am most upset that I am stuck with a very noisy reformer. It should not be advertised as 'silent' as this is very disingenuous. Most upsetting as I do not enjoy my daily workouts. A big purchase and an every day reminder that you need to try before you buy. I feel like I have been scammed actually - and daily workouts are stressfull instead of enjoyable. I am upset and angry that neither Merrithew or the Physical company rectified the situation by collecting the reformer and giving us a full refund. It is super noisy. Disaster.

I had a minor issue with a new reformer ordered from Merrithew and it was resolved immediately.

Since almost 4 months I am waiting for vertical towers for studio use. Payment also 4 months ago and still not arrived at the studio. So disappointed also about the communication with key account managers. Had to wait weeks for answers and was not even offered a small discount for reparation.

Incredible equipment, when it eventually arrived, but the service in the UK was unacceptable. I was treated like a one‑off customer who doesn’t matter. Promises were repeatedly made and not kept, and I had to chase multiple times to receive my product. This experience stands out for all the wrong reasons. Prospective buyers should be cautious before investing significant sums.
