I had an introductory massage today, and it was really unsettling how much money grabbing they seemed to have trained their staff to do. Targeted language, as if everything said was premeditated and scripted. The massage was acceptable, but the level of distrust I feel, no way I'm going back or would recommend this company. Massages are already a little bit bullshit and it's easy to find people who are doing it just cuz but the massage company takes this to a new, late-capitalism level. I'm amazed how many up-selling moments I had to turn down. there is no way anyone there is enjoying working there. Of all the industries that are soulless, how did you manage to do that to massage therapie?

It implies, three months for a total of £39.95 and it states "unlimited access". Actually, on checking it's £39.95/month during the three month period and it only entitles you to ONE massage, not "unlimited" ... sometimes offers are too good to be true ... the gentleman I spoke to in High Wycombe said he would "look at" the text in the email ... let's see if he does!

Great service friendly staff, I came away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Mia was excellent!

I recently had a deep tissue massage, and it was exactly what my body needed. The therapist was incredibly skilled at targeting the knots and tension in my back and shoulders.

I would have gave this 0 if I could. I booked a massage through Groupon for my partner as a Christmas present. The cut off date to book a massage was the 21st of February. My partner booked on the 19th of February. They booked him in for April, only to inform him the night before that his voucher had expired and could not use it. We were absolutely baffled as they had control
over the booking and had booked him in for April. Why would they set a deadline, have someone comply with the rules they have set book them in, being fully aware of deadlines and dates and then turn around the night before and say you can’t have a massage. There was no solution offered they couldn't have cared less. Groupon and The massage company offer a diabolical service.

I had a Deep Tissue Massage today with Nyaray...FANTASTIC she was very professional & caring. I asked for a firm treatment and I feel totally invigorated. Do book with her as she is great.

Had a super massage today from Diana at High Wycombe branch. After doing my garden for the last 10 days I was feeling worse for wear. Been having a massage with Diana for 2 years now and always have a great massage. It's a pleasure to go to a massage company and have a great therapist at the same time. I look forward to many more.

I recently had a full body massage with Amy at the Altrincham centre and it was amazing! They couldn’t do enough for me from the moment I arrived. It was my first time ever having a massage and I felt so rejuvenated afterwards. Can’t wait to go back!

Check-in with Tom was welcoming and efficient. The bed was sumptuous, with no hard edges around the head or face.

As for Nya's full body massage - fantastic! The hot stones upgrade was the unexpected star of the show: I naively assumed that hot stones are placed on your spine after the massage, but Nya used them dynamically to work out the knots in my muscles, which felt wonderful.

An hour of genuine bliss. Can't wait to go back!

I have been using Harrow branch on a regular basis and they are all very helpful there. I always book with Alisha - Deep Tissue Massage. She always discusses which areas I would like to focus on before she starts. Her massages are brilliant and works for me. She always gives feedback and happy to receive my feedback. I have been going to The Massage Company for a number of months now and am always greeted by a helpful, friendly face. I always receive excellent and professional care and Evei and helped me enormously by providing tailored treatment for my back issues and sore running legs. She is wonderful! Thank you Evei. 😁

Bad communication. Went to Canning Town The Massage company for my 3:30pm appointment to find the entire square cordoned off by serious incident red tape. I phoned the company, from behind the cordon, to be told oh sorry, it's been like that from this morning. I informed them I've travelled from far to get here & why they didn't call? They then said we called you this morning, which I informed her they hadn't, second lie was, we emailed you, which they hadn't. Informed her no call showing on phone & no email. She then said oh, must have overlooked you. Not good for such a big company. My Sunday afternoon could have been spent doing better things. Please improve on your customer service communication.

Had a massage with Karun. He was polite courteous and professional. Maintained dignity and informative with what he was doing.

The massage delivery itself was exactly as requested

Friendly reception, good explanation from therapist and considerate massage. The warm bed was a delight, never had that before.
I know they have to make a profit, but upselling, having already selected an option online should be carefully watched. They obviously have higher margins.

Canning town branch. I am not gonna go into details, but I have booked a sports massage and I have not received the service I asked for at all. I have paid a lot of money for this introductory service as a customer and I am very unhappy about the unprofessional service I have received from the moment i entered the premises to the moment I left the company. I also felt pressured to give my bank details to them at the end of my session. I would not recommend this place, unless you are use to bullying and unprofessional service.

This company is terrible, they do not pay their staff members. Disgusting! I am her mother I wanted to put a message on here as I am disgusted & I will absolutely not be removing this review (especially as she has still not been paid!!) as this is disgraceful that Beth has still not been paid for the work she has done, (maybe instead of going back and forth with me on here your priority should be to arrange for her to be paid as a matter of urgency baring in mind she has been all over and has not been given any mileage / fuel etc and STILL HAS NOT BEEN PAID. Gavin only responded to her email after an email was sent to your contact page on trustpilot. (To me that is not working to resolve this at all) Just for content for anyone else reading this, an email from Gavin was sent to my daughter Beth on 11/12/24 advising on the hours my daughter worked my daughter responded to this email on 13/12/24 with the hours etc which were fair and honest and I’m sure if we wouldn’t of emailed the contact on here she still wouldn’t of had a response from Gavin. It’s actually laughable, who ever is responding to this review page maybe needs to send another email to advise when Beth will be paid as this is from November and we are nearly in January and it is not acceptable. Maybe if you paid her for the work she did it and she didn’t have to chase it wouldn’t haven’t gotten to this.
I will only think of removing the review when she has received her pay check.

On July 25th, I had a massage at the Camberley Branch, after a particularly stressful drive to get there. I parked in one of their designated spots but, unfortunately, I wasn’t informed by the staff that I needed to log my car registration, despite them knowing I was parked in their space.

The massage itself was fantastic, and I left feeling thoroughly relaxed and rejuvenated. However, to my dismay, I later received a parking ticket in the mail. I appealed the ticket and spoke with the Camberley staff, who agreed that I should have been advised to register my car and mentioned that my receipt should suffice as proof for my appeal.

Despite providing evidence, my appeal was rejected, and now I have received a letter from a debt collection agency demanding £170. I plan to reach out to the branch again, as I believe they should be able to get this ticket cancelled given that I was a paying customer!

Great experience at the Reading branch, reception staff were warm and welcoming and my massage with Megan was so relaxing. She identified some points to work on and I signed up to a membership when the centre opened so I feel assured that we can sort my aches and pains :)

Really welcoming, great massage. Therapist Karun was brilliant, looking forward to a return visit. After just 20 mins my back is feeling better. So glad they opened in Reading
