Easy ordering process and clear website and delivery was prompt. Good product hopefully but seem good. Not used yet.

Purchased for a Christmas gift but I've owned one of these for several years, recently upgraded to the MOH55 Aquila. My advice "Don't think about buying one just do it" you won't be disappointed, sheere quality 💯%

Product itself seems pretty good so far. Although the app didnt initally work in any version of android I tried, it has since been updated and works ok. However I wanted to contact magicshine about a discount I wanted to apply to my order still in progress and have heard nothing. Email address on website returns as non deliverable, contact form doesnt get an answer, social media the same.

So looks like a good product but with very bad support. Bear that in mind that when you order, if theres anything wrong youre very unlikely to get it fixed.

Parts are not delivered, payment was taken plus 3 day delivery, over due and no indication of delivery date.
The order will most likely be terminated.

Great cycling glasses. Was out of stock so there was a wait until item could be dispatched. Better communication about stock would get 5 stars.

Some time ago I purchased the my-906b Magicshine light. Worked well with a great beam and decent run time. One dark commute the light went off and never came back on. After some backwards and forwards with UK distributor I sent the light back. Some weeks later a replacement was sent. 2 months later the same happened again and I received no response from the UK Magicshine supplier. I eventually received a reply from Magicshine head office saying UK supplier had changed. I contacted the new supplier who refused to help as the unit was out of warranty by the time I contacted them even though I had attempted to contact Magicshine before the warranty expired. Eventually head office replaced the unit. The light has now failed again and is out of warranty. No repair or replacement service available via Magicshine UK so in the bin goes my £300 light. Avoid Magicshine if you can, there are some quality light manufacturers out there who offer decent service.

Great product and service
The lights are very bright and have good charge times too plus connect to bike and helmet really well with quad lock system

Good quality sunnies at an affordable price

Well made products. Lights that turn nighttime into daytime. I had an 1000 Lumen light that was fantastic. Then unfortunately I lost it. I purchased an upgraded version of the one I had RN3000 and wow. It’s brilliant. Even lets you charge your phone up off it..
