Great experience - had a light that was ~6 yrs old, and needed a mounting bracket. They were able to ship me a piece that fixed it, and I was able to use my light again. Would recommend reaching out if you have any issues.

They really have happy people in the warranty department, they are extremely friendly and genuinely eager to help you.
Its speed of response to emails is almost as if you were talking through WhatsApp, instantaneously. I am totally satisfied with them. And that really makes the brand worth far more than the competition.

I have been riding gravel and forest trails for years. I bought the EVO 1700 specific to ride these after dark.
This light has been awesome. It outperformed pretty much everyone else. The “high beam” was coveted by all.

Have bought a total of 5 magicshine lights, it gets dark early and I ride 3x a week -primarily at night this time of year. Had trouble with a monteer 5000, light stopped working, reached out and had a new light in less than 2 weeks, then had trouble with a monteer 3500 which was easily resolved by tech support. Overall I’m happy with the lights, mounts, batteries and customer support.

Ordered two lights. Never came. Refunded the money a month later after multiple attempts to communicate. They frequently claim to have offers, when you try to claim the offer you get put on some kind of prize roundabout and end up with nothing. Dodgy site with lots of English spelling errors. The lights are real but the quality is suspect and the customer service is awful. You’ve been warned.

The design of the EVO 1700 is great. It's a perfect combination of beam pattern, size and battery life. And the customer service is excellent. The support is as good as the design. Highly recommend!

I purchased a bike taillight from Magicshine via Amazon 12 months ago, unfortunately the light failed. I contacted Magicshine and they couldn’t have been better in their response. I showed them a video of the problem and a new light was despatched the same day. Thank you to Hannah for your prompt and polite responses.

They made me right after having bought many Magicshine lights and having one break on me. There was a little back and forth exchange but they sent me a new light and I was able to keep my same battery which is nice because I don't like to waste lithium ion batteries.

The mount base of my Magicshine EVO 1300 broke and I needed a replacement.

I submitted my warranty request via the Amazon email contact. I got a response on the same day. I received the replacement within a week. Replacement part was good and I can mount my light again!

I was particularly impressed with the attentiveness of the person handling my claim, Hanah. The person was very polite and communication was very clear. The person even checked up on me to see if I have received the replacement. This is very thorough customer service!

Superb customer service when I reported an issue. Dealt with quickly and a replacement was with me within a few days.

Customer support immediately responded and went above and beyond to address the issue.
