Great product - fast efficient service

Excellent quality and build and the lighting quality is amazing

Magicshine bracket broke on first ride and didn't realise until cafe stop, resulting in losing seemee dv
as it don't come equipped to take a lanyard. Not covered by warranty as they said it was excessive force that may have broke it.

The part arrived and has been very useful so far. It means that the rear light has better visibility mounted on the saddle bag. It was previously mounted on the seat post and was fouling on the saddle bag.
My only slight criticism was that it took 3 days from the time of order to receiving an email confirming when the item was going to arrive.
So what I thought would be a 2 day delivery as advertised was really more of a 5 day delivery if you include the time to confirm the order.

I bought the product for a great price. However, there was no confirmation email and the first information I received was from the Royal Mail stating that there was a delivery from Moorland Distributors which is a different company.

I bought the SEEMEE 300 from the National Cycling Show last month. It was for my new bike which duly arrived a couple of weeks later. However, on first fitting the seat post mounting strap broke. I suspect a manufacturing deflect as I wasn't applying any great pressure.

Long story short, Nick at Moorland Distribution has been really responsive and a warranty replacement strap was posted the same day as reporting the issue.

Updating my review of this.
My first review was correct that I bought together the TTA-C out front mount for computer and GoPro beneath, and the Evo 1700SD under mounted front light to fit to the GoPro bracket.
Even though the marketing blurb says the mount is compatible with both Garmin and Wahoo, be under no illusion that if you fit a Wahoo, the mount needs to turn through 90 degrees which also turns the GoPro mount beneath by 90 degrees, meaning your light or camera is then pointing sideways.
After several discussions with Nick at Magicshine he understood and sent out a different mount - the MJ-6536 - which has a fixed GoPro mount beneath, facing forwards, and a Wahoo adaptor for the computer mount above.
Problem solved!

I bought the Magicshine as I needed a reasonably priced light that could be mounted under my Garmin.
Don't be put off by it's boxy look, this is a cool light. I've used it on those hazy mornings when I need to be seen on rural routes.
I've not used it at night yet but I think it will be great for those rides. And I am yet to have a play with the app.
All in all, if you're after a decent priced light with a Garmin mount then give it a go

Really excellent light badly let down by attachment point on bike.
I commute in a very busy city centre with poor road surfaces and the light never stays in place due to the fitting not designed for a D frame seat post.
These seat posts have been around for a while now & other light manufacturers fittings suit all shapes.
I would have given a much higher rating if this simple design area had worked but currently I cannot even send back for a refund as there is nothing technically wrong with the light or fitting it is just a poor design at the most important contact point.

Ordered a bike mount 3 weeks ago. I was charged and even given a tracking number from royal mail (royal mail have not received the parcel). Chased 2 weeks ago and told it's out of stock . Now it's showing back in stock on the website for a number of days . I have sent a few emails this week to find out what's happening/request a refund and got no response. I'd advise to shop elsewhere. I'd rather use small businesses than Amazon but this customer service is very poor.
Updated 7/3/25 I did get an email saying the item was expected soon and asking if I would still like a refund 10 days ago. I confirmed straight away I wanted a refund. Still no refund.
