Any concerns about buying before being able to test drive due to distance from offices were unfounded and would fully recommend

I had watched a lot of Toby's videos, which go into excellent depth. I narrowed it down to a choice of two. I spoke to Toby on the phone and we agreed which chair we thought would be probably be best. He arranged to meet us at the Poole showroom within a couple of days. Toby was fab, professional and thorough, We came home with a SC pro. This has made hospital visits and general life so much easier. Thank you Toby and who ever it was I spoke to originally.

I bought my power chair almost three years ago. I really love it! We are away on holiday this week and on Friday afternoon my chair developed a fault. I emailed Toby at Lithtech to ask for some advice expecting to hear on Monday but he actually rang me at 4.50 before he left for the weekend. We discussed options and agreed a plan.
During the weekend he emailed me with further options. This really impressed me as I felt I wasn’t just someone who could wait until normal office hours.
He was incredibly helpful and my husband and I arranged to take my power chair to him so he could sort the issue out.
We arrived just before he opened and he immediately made me feel confident I would be back on the road quickly. Those who use a power chair will appreciate how trapped I felt in the time without it so this was indeed good news.
He and his staff worked quickly to address the issue and even gave the chair a quick service.
I want to place on record my total appreciation of the lengths Toby went to in order to assist me and I really feel his customer service is second to none. When making such a large purchase in the first place he was knowledgeable about his product and the difficulties people like me with mobility limitations have.
Lithtech is not local to me (4 hrs away) but I would not hesitate to go back when I need a new chair as I already know I will be getting an excellent product and be dealt with extremely well by people who actually care.

Watching the YouTube videos prepared us prior to visiting Lith-tech Mobility at their local outlet. We were shown three smart chairs preselected for us and the most likely to fit our own requirement. We soon made our choice, the expert advice and instruction was outstanding and we are very pleased with our purchase and we would fully recommend the product and the service for all your mobility chair needs.

Once again I can praise Lith -Tech Mobility for their helpful and prompt service. I feel it is important to receive good aftercare when purchasing such a specialised and costly item as a power chair.

Toby, Will, & Paul, were a fantastic help with all of their advice and professional knowledge of the Lith-Tech range of chairs, and which one would be most suitable for myself, being a first time buyer/user.
Although I decided on an excellent second-hand SC-x XL, from a friend, which I am pleased with, so far, I was not 'pressured' to purchase a suitable chair from Lith-Tech directly, which gave me a good feeling about how this genuine firm operates. Toby is a veritable 'font of knowledge' with all of his many videos on YouTube, which give potential purchasers, and users virtually all they need to know about the many powered, fold up wheelchairs that Lith-Tech offer, as well as what to avoid when looking for a suitable chair of any kind. Also a big 'thank you' for the various accessories that I ordered from the company online, they arrived less than 24 hours after ordering!! Top marks to all at Lith-Tech, buy with confidence.

It took me a lot time and very careful consideration before I felt ready to purchase my first power chair. After getting somewhat overwhelmed as I discovered more and more brands online, I finally chanced upon Lith-Tech, and I am so glad that I did. Here’s just a few reasons why I would highly recommend buying a power chair from this company.

1. Toby’s videos. They really do take you through everything. I felt like I knew how to operate a power chair, and more importantly, how to safely navigate the hazards I would likely face while out and about in one before I’d even sat in one of the chairs.
2. The ordering process. I live too far away from a Lith-Tech showroom to realistically visit one, but that wasn’t a problem. The telephone consultation was excellent. I spoke to Will, who was supportive, patient and very knowledgeable about their products. We went through all of my requirements before he suggested which chair he thought would be right for me, including any beneficial modifications for my particular needs.
3. Ordering and delivery. Absolutely first class. Everything was straightforward. The chair was delivered on the date I requested and the communication throughout was excellent.
4. The chair itself. I’ve only managed 2 short trips on it so far. Mostly around our garden and up and down the rather bumpy pavements near our house (this is where the aforementioned videos proved invaluable). The chair is incredibly comfortable, easy to operate, and feels very, very sturdy. Even on my first time in it I felt far more confident than I had expected, and I’m sure that is down to the quality of the chair. I just feel safe in it.

I can’t wait to venture further afield in it, and really put it through its paces, and hopefully regain something of what I have lost over recent years. My partner said that after a few times around the garden, I looked up smiling and said, ‘It’s brilliant’…and it is.

New deeper seat for the wheelchair. Very comfortable, good quality and gives great support. We are also delighted with the electric wheelchair. Very portable and manoeuvrable - used around the house and easily goes in the car boot and our camper van.
